About this house rental
200 m from the lake and only 10 minutes from the ocean beaches, this 43 m2 house in a quiet and secure residence is ideal for family holidays. In addition, the residence's swimming pool allows you to relax after a day of sightseeing or on the beach.
The house is composed of:
2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds).
A living room with a new sofa bed with chaise longue (140x200 bed), 80 cm flat screen TV, blu-ray player, mini CD / USB / Bluetooth system (all new)
Kitchen open to fully equipped living room:
Dishwasher, microwave, new fridge-freezer, 4 electric hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster; washing machine.
Bathroom and separate WC
We provide board games, books and DVDs.
Private sun terrace with garden furniture, parasol and 2 beach chairs.
Common to the residence: barbecue, boules court, children's playground, table tennis, fitness room, free Wi-Fi access.
The swimming pool, open from June to the end of September, consists of a paddling pool and a large pool.
For security and calm, the residence is entirely pedestrian.
You will have the choice between the supervised beach of the lake and its numerous activities (inflatable water games, water skiing, pedal boat…) or the large beaches of Hourtin at 10 kms.
On the harbor you will find various shops, restaurants and bars.
At 2 kms, in Hourtin ville you will find all the amenities (market, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, mini-markets…)
Ideally located, 25 minutes from Lacanau, 30 minutes from the Médoc vineyards and 1 hour from Bordeaux.
