Beautiful country house "La Cheneraie", 2 storeys, semi-detached, from the 19th century, surrounded by trees and meadows. 10 km from the centre of Hourtin, 12 km from the centre of Lesparre, 61 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in a secluded position, 16 km from the sea, 15 km from the lake. For shared use: natural state property 15'000 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) secured (5 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 10 km, supermarket 10 km, bus stop "Lesparre-Medoc" 10 km, sandy beach "Pin Sec, Naujac" 16 km, bathing lake "Hourtin-Port" 15 km. Le logement est neuf, fonctionnel et bien équipé. On trouve de la vaisselle en quantité et des équipements de qualité. Le terrain est grand avec piscine, terrain de volley/badminton et trampoline. Les biches viennent faire un petit tour. C'est la campagne et le calme. Les accès aux services et lac se font à 15 minutes de voiture et à l'océan à 20 minutes. Des aménagements prévus par les M. et S. devraient encore améliorer la location. L'accueil est chaleureux et très sympathique

La maison est très agréable en pleine forêt et très propre. Avec un peu de chance vous pourrez voir des biches à la tombée de la nuit. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillant, (merci pour leur gentille attention )
