Come discover the ocean and Lake Hourtin in this charming house located at a locality "Lachanau", Hourtin common 500m from the lake, 12 km from the ocean, 2 km from the city center and all shops.
House of 80 m² on closed ground comprising:
- A large living room composed of a dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, toaster, microwave ...) .
- A master bedroom (including cupboards) with a double bed 160x200.
- A children's room (included cupboards) with two bunk beds 90x190.
- A large mezzanine of 20m ² with double bed 140x190, television, coffee table, and armchairs.
- A private bathroom with shower and vanity unit.
- An independent WC.
- A closed wooden terrace of 30m² with garden furniture, and deck chairs to fully enjoy the sun in peace.
- Small fully fenced garden with possibility of parking two vehicles or a vehicle and a trailer.
Near:
A 300m small shop (grocery bar) open 7/7 - Kitesurf school, horse riding, tennis, boating (UCPA center with sailboard rentals, pedal boats, catamarans, bicycles ...), a skate park, petanque - Numerous bike paths nearby, forest trails for hikes - The guarded beach of Lake Hourtin, the port, cafes, restaurants - The Children's Island with its various free games, its castle, slides, swings, canvases giant spiders ... secure inflatable structures on lake and grass.

La location est très confortable . Le point négatif est que la caution est trop élevée et également débitée ce qui nuit au budget prévu pour la semaine de vacances !

Belle location adaptée pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants maxi. Une climatisation serait bienvenue, mais il faut avouer que les températures furent caniculaires le temps de notre séjour, alors...
Un extérieur extrêmement agréable et sécurisé. Je recommande cette location.
Rajoutez à cela, une belle région à découvrir idéalement à vélo.

Très bonne semaine de vacances dans une maison très fonctionnelle, confortable et propre. Très agréable avec des enfants. Proximité d’une petite plage sauvage et à 15 minutes en vélo de hourtin port. Bref de très bonnes vacances et un très bon accueil. Je recommande sans hésiter. Je rajoute que la maison est très bien équipée pour les enfants même si tous n’est pas marqué dans l’annonce ( chaise haute - lit parapluie etc...)
