The kitchen living room is spacious and well appointed. Location was good, a few blocks from subway and grocery.
The stairs are very steep. We had to be very careful going up and down. Somebody our party were over 6 ft tall and bumped their head a few times. The very top floor needs air flow. We tried to dry our towel and clothes but it was so hot and humid nothing could dry.
Would be great if there were more hooks to hang towels.
The futon mattresses were way too thin, felt like sleeping on a blanket on the floor. We had to double them for some comfort.

和室と洋室全部で5部屋あり、3家族で泊まったので余裕もって寝れました。布団はすでに敷いてあり楽でした。
1階に水回りがあり話しやすく、過ごしやすかったです。
清潔感もあり、また利用したいです。
洗濯機があったけど乾燥付きでなかったのが残念だなと思いました。干すところもなさそう。
