- landscaped garden - covered swimming pool with mobile pool shelter + roller shutter - petanque - garage, open loggia, laundry with washing machine and ironing board, exercise bike
minimum rental for the week from Saturday to Saturday -
Pets not allowed - House completely non-smoking.

- kitchen open to living room with 2 bay windows overlooking pool and garden, and French window on veranda closed.
- parental suite with 1 bed in 180 composed of 2 sommiers in 90 independent with bay opened on garden swimming pool, its room of privatory water with cabin of shower, its dressing, individual TOILET
- Independent toilet.
- 1 laundry

At 200 meters: beach. This villa is close to the tourist center of Cap d'Agde, grau d'Agde, it will make you have a wonderful holiday.

date payment 2: 15 days before arrival
deposit not cashed, by check on arrival 1800euros

Nous avons passé deux semaines en famille dans cette maison. Il ne manque rien et le jardin avec la piscine est vraiment superbe, tout est très soigné. Les propriétaires sont vraiment aimables et sympathiques. Une belle plage (avec pas trop de monde) se trouve à quelques pas, des boulangeries et quelques restaurants ne sont pas loin non plus. Malgré la pandémie nous y avons passé de très belles vacances. Un accès Wi-Fi serait apprécié pour l'avenir.

Nous avons un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison bien entretenue. Nous la recommandons. En plus, les propriétaires sont très accueillants. La plage à côté.

Agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison avec un grand espace extérieur vraiment top pour petits et grands (piscine, pétanque, cache cache...). Accueil sympathique des propriétaires et plage de sable fin à quelques pas....
