About this villa rental
Comfortable Languedoc villa of 180 m² with swimming pool in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from the beach. Car-free holidays.
A huge terrace with a covered part overlooking the heated swimming pool (9*4) and protected by a solar roller shutter for the safety of children.
You will enjoy the large 1000 m² plot planted with olive and palm trees and a semi-covered petanque court.
Four bedrooms including a master suite with direct access to the outside equipped with a private bathroom with double sink and shower. Two other bedrooms upstairs each with a walk-in shower. (One is a suite with bathroom attached to the bedroom, the other is a bedroom with separate bathroom) Each of these bedrooms can accommodate 3 people each. The fourth bedroom on the first floor is equipped with a desk and two 90 beds.
Air conditioning with individual control in all rooms.
Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (American fridge with ice cube production, dishwasher, washer dryer, oven and microwave).
TV lounge equipped with two large leather sofas + dining room for 8/10 people, Relaxing/reading area in the living room with a third sofa.
Wifi accessible in all rooms.
Possibility to park 3 vehicles in the property (the double garage is not part of the rental).
The beach is 300 meters away, which is actually a 5-minute walk.
International golf, personal watercraft, water park, and other leisure activities nearby.

Everything as described in the photos. Very clear communication with the owner and property manager.
Petanque game and mountain bikes are available, which is a nice touch.
