About this villa rental
Close to the beach, contemporary villa of 160m2 ideally located between Cap d Agde and Grau d Agde.
Located in a residential area, quiet and family on a private property and fenced.
Outside :
- a swimming pool (9m x5m) heated and secured (electric shutter),
- Jacuzzi (5 places)
- a petanque court.
- a summer kitchen with toilet, shower and of course barbecue.
Inside :
On the ground floor :
- living room / modern kitchen of 50m2, (dishwasher, American fridge, induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven)
- an adjoining laundry room with washing machine, dryer and fridge
- a desk (120cm extra sofa-bed)
- a separate toilet
- a parental suite (160 bed) with its private bathroom (bath and walk-in shower) and dressing room.

- a bedroom (1 bed 140) + 1 BZ (1 place) with private terrace.

Great place for a family with teenagers - Mari was super helpful and responsive before we arrived and made us all feel very welcome when we got there. Better than the photos (not always the case!) with a great pool, jacuzzi and bbq area. Proper pétanque at the back as well. Highly recommended - thank you Mari.

Villa fabuleuse à quelques minutes d'une magnifique plage familiale. Parfaitement équipée avec une piscine bien chauffée. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de Mari et de son époux.

Un séjour inoubliable dans une maison de rêve. Un accueil chaleureux, un confort luxueux, une piscine magnifique! Le tout dans une région splendide et sous une météo radieuse. Le top vraiment!

Une location qui vous donnera entière satisfaction, c'est plutôt rare mais nous l'avons trouvé "Coup de cœur assuré"
Vous en prendrez plein la vue dès que vous aurez passé le portillon, vous serez émerveillé par la piscine, le jacuzzi, les palmiers, "Un lieu de paradis"
Une belle cuisine d’été vous offrira le bonheur de cuisiner, manger, vous prélasser sur la terrasse en profitant de la vue sur les extérieurs.
L'intérieur a tout le confort d'un "5 étoiles" décoré avec goût et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable.
La situation est juste parfaite, dans un quartier calme, et à moins de 5 mn à pied de la plage.
Les commodités sont proches, hypermarchés, parcs de loisirs...
Un grand Merci à M. et MME. SILVA pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur discrétion.
Vraiment, si vous cherchez des vacances ou passer un séjour dans le coin, c'est ici qu'il faut réserver absolument !!!
