in the heart of a tropical garden modern and quiet apartment a few minutes from the superb diamond beach where you can enjoy swimming or water sports in a charming and colorful little town where you will find shops restaurants bars shops, and its superb beaches ... for your comfort the beds are made on your arrival, and the breakfast of the next day is offered (coffee tea, nesquick fruit juice, butter local jam 'guava, banana', brioche and cereals) as well as a bottle of old rum, cane sugar and lemon for the welcome drink .... welcome to Martinique ....

Appartement très sympa, grand, parfait pour les familles. Piscine bien propre, manque juste des transats.
Résidence non loin des commerces.
Il aurait juste fallu préciser dans l’annonce que le ménage était forcément à payer en plus et que contrairement à ce que l’on nous a dit, un lit parapluie était disponible!

Appartement très propre, bien équipé dans une très belle propriété avec parking piscine et grand jardin pour les enfants. La plage est à 300 mètres. Bruno nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Je recommande cette location.

This condo should not be listed as a 3 bedroom apartment; the loft, which is decorated as a child's room is open to the living area, there is no door. The area could be set up as an office or for young children.
Furthermore, the condo is located 10 minutes walk from the beach, not across the street.
The following are several other violations/neglect:
cobwebs allover the ceilings-Bruno was informed.
3 electrical sockets dangerously out of the wall-living room and loft
Dirty carpet in the loft area, the pink carpet had stain and dirty
the upstairs bathroom was not properly clean.
The place is dated, therefore, it need to be well maintained. I will not return next year. I would have liked to have the same location each year.
