About this apartment rental
Apartment for 6 people renovated in October 2019, fully equipped and composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large and comfortable living room, a beautiful terrace with views of the coconut trees and the tropical park, a large swimming pool, ample parking, the everything in a wooded and closed residence.
Located 700m from the magnificent Diamant beach and shops.
The ideal place to spend a good holiday with family or friends.
The geographical location of the residence allows with a vehicle easy access to many beaches in magnificent bays (Anses d'Arlet with its Kay where you can admire a great diversity of fish, corals, etc ... Grande Anse, Anse Dufour or from time to time turtles come to the water's edge to swim with you, Anse Noire, and many other coves to discover where you can laze around, practice snorkeling with your family or practice scuba diving , several clubs are present on the main handles.
At Diamant there is an electric Fat-bike rental (contact me for contact details), ideal for walking in this sector because the climbs are really steep.
For riders an equestrian center is located at the exit of Diamant before the Cafard cove. For walkers or joggers you have the Diamond beach about 4 km long and for those seeking difficulty there is the Morne Larcher with a magnificent view on arrival ... it's up to you to discover!
To eat in a simple or epicurean way without taking your vehicle there is the choice in the city center of Diamant.
And then you have all of Martinique to visit and discover I leave you to your appreciation !!!

The apartment offers a great , well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds , wonderful breakfast patio. The perennial gardens, palm trees and lawns are well maintained. The complex is large, but remarkably quiet , with a mixture of permanent residents and vacationers young and old.
Within 600 meters of the apartment , there are markets, bakery, restaurants, food trucks and of course the beach.
The apartment is located on the third floor of this complex , the second and third bedrooms are also up another set of stairs. If stairs are a problem for you , it would be an issue.
The towels in the apartment have been well used threadbare and should be replaced. Having a washing machine and drying racks was also a great feature. Although we stayed for 3 weeks, we were informed the cost of providing clean sheets and towels was 25 euros per set. However , tenants are allowed to wash the towels and sheets which is also a great bonus.
The pool is large , water was very clean , however the pool area needs to be renovated with many broken and missing tiles . There are only 4 chairs at the pool with no loungers or shade umbrellas. The walkways on the grounds also have numerous cracks and heaves in the concrete, so uneven surfaces can be an issue.
For the beach , the apartment does provide two folding camping style chairs and a cooler. P

Nous avons séjourné dans cette location pendant 3 semaines avec des amis.
L'appartement est très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié les 2 salles de bain.
La résidence est calme et nous avons apprécié la piscine après la journée de visites sur l'ile. La terrasse est très appréciée pour prendre ses repas.
Nous remercions Christelle pour sa gentillesse.
Nous comptons y revenir et conseillons cette location.

Nous avons passez un excellent séjour dans cette location , durant 2 semaines en Février.
L'appartement est vraiment agréable et bien équipé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie et le mobilier sont neufs. Les 2 salles d'eau sont un vrai plus !
La résidence est tres calme et nous avons profité tous les jours de la piscine où il n'y a quasiment jamais personne.
On a beaucoup apprécié la terrasse où nous avons fait tous nos repas, avec vue directe sur les cocotiers, un vrai bonheur.
Un grand merci à Christelle de la "Conciergerie du Diamant" qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement, qui a pris le temps de nous présenter en détail l'appartement et qui s'est rendu très disponible.
On vous conseille vivement cette location !
