About this house rental
Villa Mitan Bleu is our second home.
It is a charming house of 140 m2, quiet that we are happy to share. It is decorated with care and the atmosphere is refined.
The environment is privileged. The village of Diamant is very popular: the bay and the Morne Larcher are exceptional sites.
The house has a beautiful view of the sea and the Diamond Rock. Everything is accessible on foot: 200 m from the beach and shops.
On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms overlook the 400m2 garden (2 double beds and 3 single beds), WC and bathroom Italian shower and outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Upstairs: living room - lounge - terrace - fully equipped kitchen - WC).
Air blowers and natural ventilation.

Maison très bien située pour parcourir l île et à proximité des commerces.
Très confortable à l' intérieur et très bien équipée (manque peut être juste un micro ondes, mais pour le reste on n'a manqué de rien).
Vue magnifique sur le rocher du Diamant.
Espace extérieur également très agréable.
En bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Très jolie maison, décoration soignée, ouverte sur l'extérieur avec une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse sur le rocher du Diamant. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le sud de la Martinique, possibilité d'aller au centre ville à pied, boulangerie à proximité

Très agréable séjour dans cette maison!
Situation géographique parfaite, magnifique vue du balcon.
La maison est parfaitement équipée.
Le seul point négatif est qu’elle ne possède pas de vitres, les moustiques rentrent, la lumière du jour également...Manque d’isolation sonore entre les pièces.
