About this apartment rental

36m² apartment, Le Ruitor, Charmettoger district - 6 people
sunny in the afternoon with S-W orientation, view over the Tarentaise Valley and the Alps, swimming pool in summer in the building.

Quiet residence, close to shops and ski lifts: 200m from the Transarc, ski-in ski-out departure depending on snow conditions (path to Alpine Garden chairlift, not recommended for beginners)

Equipped for 6 people:
- Bright living room with double sofa bed (2x80cm), fully equipped kitchen area
- Bedroom with 2 simple beds
- Closed cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80cm)
- 2 bathrooms (bath / shower + WC)
- Balcony

Equipment: microwave, fridge, 4 ceramic glass hobs, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, 34-inch flat screen TV (TNT), vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, board games

Plenty of storage, elevator, ski locker at the entrance of the residence.

Weekend cleaning (80 €). Deposit 400 € via site.

Excellent location. Small but adequate. Could have been improved with more basic supplies such as dishwashing liquid and dishwasher liquid, more r toilet paper , tea towels and bath towel. We enjoyed our stay

We stayed 3 people in the flat. Well equipped and well kept. Near ski slopes and with your own ski locker.

Great little place. Excellent location really close to Arc 1800 center, but not noisy or busy. Everything you need in chalet, the pool in the building was a real plus. Communication with Pierre, the owner, was easy and always received prompt replies. For is, for 3 weeks, this place was great and if highly recommend.

- Clean, good view, short uphill walk to Transarc- No internet - no wifi (as listed) very poor reception of 3G or 4G- 1,5 rolls of toilet paper, no soap- very small bedromms (as shown)
