Located in the quiet area of Charmettoger, in the Alliet residence, a 34m² duplex flat for 5/6 people, on the 2nd floor with an east-facing balcony.

Duplex apartment comprising an entrance hall, bathroom with bath and toilet.
The kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with two ceramic hobs, a microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

The living room has a pull-out bed, dining table and flat-screen TV.

Upstairs (the mezzanine is less than 1.80 m high) there is a landing with two single beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

There is a separate toilet with washbasin and another sleeping area overlooking the living room, which can be separated by a sliding door, with two single beds.

The balcony faces south-east.
Ski locker.

Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost.
