Les arcs 1800 Charmettoger Aiguille Grive 3 - duplex 3 bedrooms 41 m2 - 7 beds including 6 upstairs (1 large double bed in bedroom 1, 2 bunk beds in bedroom 2, 2 bunk beds in bedroom 3, and 1 80x190 sofa bed in the living room).
Very nice valley view (west exposure) and Mont Blanc with sun-drenched terrace.
Ski in and out.
Immediate proximity to restaurants and shops (bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, doctor, dry cleaning, tourist office, cinema, ski equipment rental, ski schools, daycare).
Access to the new aquatic center 200 meters away: indoor swimming pool, hammams, saunas, jacuzzis, fitness area, etc.
Free internet and Wi-fi, 140 cm 4K TV connected with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, toaster, fondue set, raclette set, vacuum cleaner.

Ideal location to explore massive ski area, easy to get up and out avoiding queues. Little walk into 1800 centre where there is a few bars and restaurants (need to book ahead) Accommodation tidy and well presented and has everything you need.

The property is in an excellent location right next to the ski lift with a ski hire shop below and bakery and pizza take away next door. Reasonably quiet location but good link for the bus route with the stop just outside. The property is advertised as having an oven but there isn’t. The microwave and grill didn’t work, and we were not made aware of bed sizes to take the right linen until the day we arrived. Even then, the bed size we were told was a double but it was actually a king size. No WiFi and limited reception. Overall, the faults were small, but the layout was perfect for 4 people and the location is excellent.

Malgré réception très tardive des clefs l appartement était très très sale. Il y avait des meubles cassés et des ampoules cassées. Isolation des chambre nul du froid rentrait en continu.
