Seaside resort of Côtes d'Armor, Ploumanac’h is famous for its pink granite rocks. Imposing heaps of stone sculpted by the sea and the wind, which offer the visitor an almost unreal view.
Facing south and located less than 1 km from the port of Ploumanac'h (Elu Village preferred by the French in 2015), the customs trail and Trestraou beach, La Clarté-House is the ideal place to discover this little corner of Brittany.

Lovely property with everything you need for a special stay. Beaches, coastal paths and beautiful towns close by with lovely restaurants on hand. Lovely outside seating area with views up to La Carte chapel and all very comfortable and well equipped. Yves on hand when needed and communication was just right. Highly recommend the property and the place.

We shared the house with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 granddaughters, the house was well located, in easy reach of various beaches. It was a short walk into the village for fresh bread each morning and we were very fortunate that the weather was so good that we could enjoy outdoor living every day. Tregastel is a short drive away for the supermarket and other shops and the Monday market is not to be missed, it fills the town. Plumanarc’h Port is just down the road and is one of our favourite places in Brittany.The house is very well presented, clean and exceptionally well equipped for a holiday let, even down to the nespresso machine for me and games for the children. We lacked nothing. The garden is very safe for children with electric powered access gates. We have stayed in many holiday lets and this was the best we have experienced. We were welcomed by Annick and her husband who were very helpful in showing us around but did not intrude on our holiday. We hope to return in the near future.Sel & Sue Baxter. Derbyshire UK

Ein wunderschönes Domizil mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten. Es gibt in diesem Haus sehr viele Möglichkeiten gesellig zusammen zu sitzen....in der Küche, im Esszimmer, in der Launchecke, auf der Terasse beim Grillen.....sehr viel Platz und alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und mit seinen 3 WC's und 2 Bädern auch für viele Leute geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Nice Place....!!!!!!

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable à la Clarté House. La maison est bien conçue, bien équipée et très agréable. Elle est également très bien située : plein de balades à faire aux alentours, des plages, des marchés, etc. Nous recommandons !

Originaire de la région, nous trouvons que la maison est bien située , la Clarte petit coin de Perros guirec calme. Nous pouvons aller à pied à trestraou et à Ploumanach. Cette maison dégage une atmosphère idéale pour le repos et la vie de famille. L’accueil est parfait et le propriétaire .est soucieux de notre bien-être dans sa maison. Merci et à très bientôt

Dieses Haus wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und ausgesprochen gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und auch sonst ist das Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten versehen, die man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Der Außenbereich ist toll. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt; man kann zu Fuß nach Ploumanac’h und zum Hauptstrand von Perros-Guirec und in wenigen Autominuten zum nächsten großen Supermarkt oder nach Trégastel. Unser Fazit: Wir hatten einen Super-Urlaub und waren definitiv nicht das letzte Mal dort!

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Besonders der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön und würde von uns viel genutzt. Einen kleinen Abstrich gibt es bei dem zweiten Badezimmer- es ist recht eng und nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Auch die Toiletten in der ersten Etage sind für etwas fülligere Personen nicht geeignet.

Wir hatten in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus zwei perfekte Urlaubswochen. Die Anlage des Grundstücks lädt zum Entspannen auf der Terasse ein. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass Kochen Spaß macht. Wir haben die schönen Stände in der direkten Umgebung sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rien ne manque à cette maison très agréable à vivre et très bien entretenue. Bravo Heidi et Yves, tout est de bon goût et l'équipement est de qualité. On prend très rapidement ses marques et l’accueil d’Annick, formidable, disponible, attentive, y contribue très largement. La cuisine est très bien équipée et le fond de cuisine est un vrai plus. Et on a re-decouvert la région en période calme et c’est divin. On part à pieds rejoindre le sentier des douaniers par le parc des sculptures. On se rend au bourg de Perros-Guirec, sans bouchon. On circule partout sans trafic. On ne se bouscule pas sur les GR. On prend son temps, la maison est très calme au demeurant, terrasse bien exposée. Pur bonheur. 2 couples d’amis nous ont rejoints à différents moments et ils ont également été unanimes. Alors venez sans crainte, tout est parfait.

Das Ferienhaus erfüllte alle Wünsche und übertraf die Erwartungen. Es wird sehr gut verwaltet, was sich an dem tadellosen Zustand der Räumlichkeiten zeigt. Die Ausstattung entspricht den durch die Fotos erweckten Erwartungen. Insbesondere die Küche ist so komplett eingerichtet, dass es keiner Vervollständigung der Grundausstattung bedurfte.Lediglich die Toiletten im Dachgeschoss sind so klein,dass sie ohne Verrenkungen nur von Kindern benutzt werden können. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist die Lage perfekt, zumal der Hafen und der Ortskern von Ploumanac'h und das " verwunschene " Tal von Traouiero bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Als nahegelegenes, preiswertes Restaurant ist " La bonne Auberge " gegenüber der Kirche von La Clartézu empfehlen, zumal das direkt gegenüberliegende Restaurant" La maison de Marie " Anfang September 2018 immer geschlossen war. Für Liebhaber von Meeresfrüchten sei in Landrellec "Trégor Coquillages et Crustacé Pleumeur" empfohlen. Die dort erhältlichen Austern,Crevetten und Langoustinen sind an Frische und Geschmack bei überraschend niedrigen Preisen kaum zu übertreffen. Dank an die Verwalterin Annick,die unkompliziert immer hilfsbereit war. Die Vertragsabwicklung erfolgte zügig und genau,die Kaution wurde entsprechend der Ankündigung sofort zurückgezahlt. Das Feriendomizil kann daher bedenkenlos weiter empfohlen werden.

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage (Ort, Geschäfte, Spielpaltz, Park, Strand ... sind fußläufig zu erreichen) und ist in lallen Räumen sowie im Garten sehr gut ausgestattet (Möbel, Geräte, Geschirr etc) und sehr hübsch dekoriert. Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern und der Betreuung vor Ort, unkomplizierte Abwiclung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und schöne Urlaubstage verbracht.
