About this apartment rental
We rent from Saturday to Saturday.
On the ground floor of a house with garden, this modern furnished 33m T2 apartment, very well equipped for 4 people, is located halfway between Biarritz, Bayonne, Capbreton and Hossegor.
You will be close to the two large Landes beaches of Tarnos and local shops: bakeries, supermarket (open on Sunday morning), mega CGR cinema (12 rooms), pharmacy, doctors, bus line, lake ...

Possibility to park easily in front of the rental.
Very quiet place to sleep in the morning.
Tarnos is located at the border of the Landes and the Basque Country, thus offering its visitors an incredible range of activities linked to the dual Basque-Landes culture: ocean with its supervised beaches, local festivals (bayonne last week of July) which show cultural diversity, animal and leisure parks, water sports, aquariums, golf, horse riding, bike rides (cycle paths in the middle of pine trees), forests, proximity to the Pyrenees (hiking), Ventas on the Spanish border for avid shopping or not, Spain 30 mins drive with San Sebastian, its superb bay and tapas bars in the old quarter, entertainment, concerts in season. Many restaurants will allow you to discover local specialties (foie gras, grilled fish, Basque cake. Bayonne at 2Km with its historic center (cathedral, ramparts of Vauban ..., shops and restaurants).

Logement entièrement équipé et très fonctionnel situé dans quartier résidentiel. Fidèle aux photos. Le plus. L'hôte aux petits soins pour nous conseiller dans nos visites de la région, les restaurants, les marchés selon nos envies. Seul bémol nous souhaitions faire du vélo avec les enfants au départ de l'appartement...un peu compliqué pour la sécurité des petits.
Emplacement parfait pour partir à la découverte de la côte sud Atlantique (en voiture). Nous avons adoré notre séjour !!!

L'appartement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Il convient parfaitement pour des personnes en vacances qui souhaitent profiter du Sud des Landes et accéder rapidement au Pays Basque. L'extérieur est un vrai plus très appréciable.
Le wifi quelque peu récalcitrant mais le propriétaire prévoit une amélioration à ce niveau. L'appartement est un peu sombre...mais en vacances, on est principalement soit sur la terrasse soit en vadrouille, bref rien d'embêtant !
Le propriétaire est très agréable, disponible sans être envahissant.

Globalement, séjour satisfaisant: petit jardin clos agréable et appréciable lorsque l'on a des enfants, quartier calme, propriétaires discrets et documentation très utile à disposition ainsi que les conseils des proprietaries sur les visites à faire dans la region. Cependant quelques points negatifs à souligner: le wifi fonctionne très mal, l'appartement est dans son ensemble assez sombre, la salle de bain n'est pas de première fraicheur et odeur de moisi, le mobilier de jardin paraît neuf mais est rouillé (ce qui nous a valu une chute de notre chaise).
Peut-être que nos critères sont élevés mais nous avons été surpris des éloges faits quant à cet appartement qui n'a rien d'exceptionnel à notre sens.
