900m from the beach and a few minutes from the Basque Country, the apartment is located in a holiday village with swimming pool, quiet and surrounded by nature, with free access to the tennis courts, petanque, basketball, skate park, ping-pong table, and bouncy castle. A mini golf course and bicycle rental (for a fee) are available at the entrance of the residence.PGJyPg
Apartment of 39m² on the first floor with terrace of 11m² facing south overlooking the common lawn with a view of the swimming pool. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet, 1 terrace. It sleeps 6: a double bed in a large separate bedroom, two single bunk beds in a cabin bedroom, and a sofa that sleeps 2.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and your beds are made on arrival. Towels must not be used for the pool or beach.
Mandatory cleaning on departure. A security deposit of €300 will be required at the time of booking.
Kitchen equipment: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cleaning products, dish towels, crockery, utensils.
Bathroom equipment: hairdryer, towels
Room equipment: wardrobe with hangers, cot, iron and ironing board, bed linen for the 6 beds
Terrace equipment: garden table and 6 chairs, drying rack

The swimming pool is secure and composed of 2 pools + 1 wading pool, and is open from April to September, deckchairs are available free of charge.

Our animal friends are welcome within the limit of 2 maximum and subject to good behaviour by their master: pick up all excrement, limit barking so as not to disturb the neighborhood, forbidden to leave an animal locked up alone in the accommodation.
