About this apartment rental
900m from the beach and a few minutes from the Basque Country, the apartment is located in a holiday residence with swimming pool, quiet and surrounded by nature, with free access to the tennis courts, petanque, basketball, skate park, ping-pong table, and bouncy castle. A mini golf course and bicycle rental (for a fee) are available at the entrance of the residence.
The apartment is a 39m² T3 on the first floor with a south-facing terrace overlooking the common lawn with a view of the swimming pool. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 separate toilet, 1 terrace. It sleeps 6: a double bed in one bedroom, two single bunk beds in a second bedroom, and a sofa that converts into 2 single beds.
Sheets and towels are provided, and your beds are made on arrival. Towels must not be used for the pool or beach.
Mandatory cleaning on departure. A security deposit of €500 of the rental amount will be required at the time of booking.
Kitchen equipment: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cleaning products, dish towels, crockery, utensils.
Bathroom equipment: hairdryer, towels.
Room equipment: wardrobe, bed linen.
Terrace equipment: garden table and 6 chairs, drying rack.
Free Wi-Fi but average connection.
Laundry (washing machine and dryer) available for a fee in the residence

The swimming pool is secure and composed of 2 pools + 1 wading pool, and is open from April to September, deckchairs are available free of charge.
The residence is secured, fenced and closed by an electric gate.

Our animal friends are welcome within the limit of 2 maximum and subject to good behaviour by their owner: pick up all excrement, limit barking so as not to disturb the neighborhood, forbidden to leave an animal locked up alone in the accommodation.
