Beautiful apartment very well equipped lots to see and do beautiful scenery a few mins walk from the beach very friendly and polite owners had a lovely holiday and are missing Granville. Would definitely stay again. The boating yard is a must see with lots of beautiful boats to see. We have had an amazing time with my family

Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt unterhalb der Haute Ville, in einer sehr schönen Straße ideal gelegen: Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Straße gegenüber (u. A. Bäckerei, kleiner Supermarkt), kostenlose Parkplätze nur einen Katzensprung die Straße weiter entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist exakt so, wie sie im Inserat beschrieben ist. Sie ist wirklich klein, aber wir haben uns zu viert absolut wohl dort gefühlt. Das lag an der Lage, der Ausstattung, vor allem aber an der Freundlichkeit des Vermieters. Mr. Servain ist zurückhaltend und gleichzeitig freundlich und fürsorglich! Noch nie zuvor sind wir von einem Vermieter zum Aperitiv eingeladen worden - ein supernettes Erlebnis!

Très bon accueil de la part de Mr Servain et de sa nièce, appartement fonctionnel pour une famille de quatre personnes. Très bien situé par rapport à la plage, au centre ville, lieux touristiques. Et des transports en commun. Nous recommandons ce logement.

ayant sejournée du 4 au 11 aout 2018 chez jacques , nous avons passé de superbe vacances , studio agreable et propre et tout le necessaire est a disposition ,il ne manque rien! proprietaire tres agreable ,chaleureux, acceuillant, et disponible pour toute question et pour vous dirigez sur la ville . le studio est idealement placé, tout est accessible a pied et tout est a moins de 2 minutes :plage,commerce,marché,restaurant,vielle ville,port maritime c est bien la premiere fois que nous n avons jamais utilisé la voiture. une superbe ville dont je vous recommande d y sejournée Nottez Boris

Un studio avec une chambre à coucher à part, très pratique si on a un enfant qui dort avant les adultes. Le logement est très bien situé, le port à 5 min,la plage aussi, les commerces, la médiathèque ! pas besoin d’etre Véhiculé. Un enfant de 5 ans peut tout faire à pieds! Très bien équipé, Il y a tout ( vraiment tout ce que vous avez besoin, du sopalin au sac poubelle en passant par le lave vaisselle et les herbes de Provence....) , beaucoup de livres pour les grands et les petits, de plus les placards sont déjà fournis en condiments et autres aliments de base au cas où... seul bémol pas de lave-linge mais il y a une laverie automatique juste en bas de l'appartement pour pas cher! Le coût des lessives est largement rattrapé par tous les repas qui ont pu être faits sur place! Enfin Mr Servain très accueillant, apéro et cidre de bienvenue, aller-retour à la gare, pelle et filet de pêche , seau et pelle pour petit mis à disposition .. vraiment la location idéale pour une petit famille de 2-3 personnes!

L'appartement en lui-même est proche de la perfection. La présentation qui en est faite sur le site est totalement juste. En raison de sa taille, l'idée n'est pas d'y vivre toute la journée mais plutôt de passer d'agréables nuits et de disposer de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour une petite famille ou un couple seul. L'accueil par la nièce du propriétaire a été simple et chaleureux (le cadeau d'arrivée a été très apprécié). L'équipement de la salle de vie est moderne (le lave-vaisselle est un plus lorsqu'on veut consacrer du temps aux visites et promenades). la salle de bain est parfaite. La literie est de très bonne qualité (la pratique du BZ durant une semaine est totalement supportable, voire comparable à un vrai lit). La seule ombre réside non pas dans l'appartement mais plutôt son accès via un escalier un peu raide et ancien mais l'utiliser deux fois par jour ne constitue pas un obstacle majeur. Ultime précision : la porte d'accès extérieure n'est pas de prime jeunesse. Ne laissez pas votre jugement être altéré par cet aspect, elle devrait être changée bientôt. En résumé, un appartement très agréable, son accès un peu moins. Personnellement, je ne vis pas dans un couloir ni dans un escalier...

Nous etions venus en Normandie pour une affaire de succession. C'est à dire très occupés, stressés par de multiples formalités à accomplir. Heureusement le gîte de Monsieur Servain a été pour nous un vrai havre ce repos et bien-être. Reservė en toute dernière minute, la veille de notre arrivėe ! Un petit nid douillet, avec toutes les commodités, bien chauffė, avec même quelques denrées en reserve. Très bien situė, en plein coeur de la ville et pourtant silencieux. Merci Monsieur Servain pour toutes vos attentions, votre disponibilitė, et votre gentillesse. Dans votre gite coquet, nous nous sentions vraiment chez nous.Nous y retournerions bien volontiers, mais cette fois pour de vraies vacances.

Studio neuf tout comme le mobilier, moderne, fonctionnel et confortable. Equipement optimum, tout comme chez soi où absolument rien ne manque, une 1ère pour nous, jusqu'aux denrées alimentaires, produits et nécessaire de toilette et d'entretien, bibliothèque, jeux, documentation touristique à jour et bien d'autres choses, sans oublier la déco dépaysante, africaine et brésilienne, je ne suis pas sûr qu'il puisse exister mieux équipé. Situation idéale en centre ville avec tous ses commerces, face au port d'embarquement pour l'Ile Chausey, à proximité de la vieille ville fortifiée et de la promenade le long de la côte rocheuse. Propriétaire très accueillant et, de par sa gentillesse, soucieux du bien-être des vacanciers, nous avons été accueilli avec un bouquet de fleurs sur la table, une bouteille de cidre et des crêpes dans le frigo avec de surcroît une invitation à l'apéro les soir de notre arrivée. Tous ces atouts ont contribué à passer un très agréable séjour, une adresse que nous recommanderions sans hésiter à nos amis.

Bonjour, Appartement bien situé au centre de Granville, tout équipé en électroménager avec vaisselle propre. Rien à dire. Le Wi-Fi à fonctionné pour les autres clients sauf pour nous où nous avons des difficultés. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et très gentil. Belle plage à côté de granville pour courir.

Appartement refait à neuf et extrêmement bien aménagé et très bien pourvu en matériel de cuisine (ainsi qu'en éléments de base, farine, sucre, conserves etc ...) Mr Servain est d'une grande amabilité et disponibilité pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Trés soucieux de votre bien être, j'ai particulièrement apprécié sa décontraction et sa discrétion. Un bouquet de fleurs sur la table, une crêpe en arrivant et une invitation afin de faire connaissance, voila des attentions qui montre un soucis méticuleux de l'accueil des ses hôtes. Le studio est vraiment idéalement placé, vieille ville et centre ville en accès direct. Même s'il est un peu en décalé, la vue et la luminosité sont remarquables. Le tarif est approprié aux caractéristiques de la location. Je ne peux que me permettre de vivement le conseiller à quiconque souhaite découvrir la "Monaco du nord" et ses environs. Par ces températures hivernales , agréable d'être bien chauffés et ensoleillés dès le matin dans le studio confortable et calme .Nous n'avons, faute de place sur le bateau, pas pu aller à Jersey alors nous reviendrons en réservant à l'avance. Donc à bientôt Granville
