Apartment completely redone by architect, quality materials. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, each bedroom is equipped with a television and air conditioning. 1 bathroom with bath and wc, 1 shower room, guest wc. The American kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave. The residence is located in a large park with swimming pool and tennis. from the terrace you will have a magnificent view over the gardens and the bay of Cannes. a parking space is available. you can reach the beaches on foot in 8 minutes or the old port of Cannes in 10 minutes (4 minutes by car).

The apartment was perfect for us 5 ladies. Nice surroundings and a wonderful view. The balcony was spacious and perfect located towards the sea. Loved it.

We had such a lovely time. The pool is really lovely and the views are amazing from the balcony. Lovely comfortable beds! Ubers are great and available everywhere as it’s a bit of a walk to the main shops. About 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 to the main shops. I can’t wait to return we will definitely be booking again, thank you Nathalie

Laurence was good with communicating before and during our stay which helped as we were initially unfamiliar with the area. The apartment was very nice in all aspects and as described. We found use of local taxis from the main port was easy and uber cars too and from the the appartment worked well. Buses were limited which was ok if you timed it right. All in all and very nice break away.

We had a wonderful stay here, the location is good (although there is a 10-15 minute steep climb back up from the beach). The setting is beautiful and the view from the balcony breathtaking. the pool is nice and clean and easy to get sunbeds. Overall a great place to explore Cannes, there are also regular busses that run from the street the apartment is on into the old town which is so quaint and unique. Natalie and Laurence were very accommodating, and always answered any queries straightaway. Nothing was too much trouble.

Das Appartement ist wirklich erstklassig und top gepflegt. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die grandiose Lage mit tollem Panoramablick bescherte uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Es ist alles vorhanden, von der Nespresso-Maschine bis zur Waschmachine. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen und können die Wohnung wirklich weiter empfehlen.
