We offer a completely renovated apartment in an antique building.
It comprises a comfortable living-room with a dining area facing a fireplace, a south-east-oriented garden behind a north-west-oriented building. It enjoys a view of the sea and the Saint-Malo ramparts.
The entire apartment has hardwood floors.
It has a fully-equipped kitchen; dishwasher, oven and microwave, refrigerator, and a gas hob.
The bathroom is complete with shower and toilets.
There are two bedrooms: the first one is equipped with a 160 by 210 cm double bed and the second one has two 90 by 200 cm twin beds.
A TV and Wi-Fi Internet connection are at your disposal.
Pets are not allowed.

This is a really comfortable and well-equipped flat. Good size. Lovely location very close to a beach and also within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The owner was nice to deal with (by email) and the woman who handles on-site work was a pleasure to speak with. Her english is great and she knows a lot about the area.

L'appartamento è molto piacevole e accogliente, completo di tutto, più bello e grande rispetto a quello che si immagina dalle foto. È posizionato nella zona di Saint Servan tranquilla ma a due passi da caffè e ristoranti, cinque minuti dai negozi e da un piccolo supermercato e a venti minuti a piedi dal centro di StMalo. Splendida vista dalle finestre che danno sulla Baia! Da consigliare sicuramente.

L'appartement est conforme aux photos, et même plus spacieux que sur les photos. Il ne manque rien tout est fait pour que les locataires se sentent chez eux ! la dame pour la remise des clefs est très sympathique et veille à ce que tout se passe bien. L'appartement est très bien situé puisque nous sommes allés plusieurs fois dans St Malo intra muros à pied et avons aussi fait nos courses à pied à St Servan. Nous avons fait des balades à pied pas très loin de la location (tour solidor, remparts de St Malo, mémorial...) mais n'avons pas eu le temps de tout faire ! Au niveau propreté c'est impeccable. On se sent vraiment comme chez soi ! nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Very well equipped and stylish appartment in the rather non-touristic part of Saint-Malo called Saint-Servan. Market halls and other Shopping facilities are within walking distance. A car is only necessary for excursions in the area. If you speak French, life becomes a lot easier. You may get in touch with neighbours, like we did. There is plenty of storage space in the appartment, and excellent electrical appliances in the kitchen. For those, who love to cook. We adored the LIEBHERR fridge-freezer combination, the large shower and many other little details, like to rooms with sea view. Within walking distance, you'll arrive in Solidor, a trendy place with a few nice Bars and Restaurants. Enjoy the trip!

Un beau appartement rénové termine à une norme très élevée avec oak belle planchers grâce à sortir et bonne des appareils de qualité. Il était parfaitement propre et très confortable. Parking gratuit de droit à l'extérieur de l'appartement sur un premier abord servir base. L'emplacement est parfait avec une petite plage juste en face de la route et le centre ville est inférieur à 5 minutes de marche plus loin. Excellents restaurants à proximité, à une courte distance de marche de l'appartement. Je certainement rester ici encore une fois et elle recommande fortement.

Les propriétaires ont répondu à nos questions avant l'arrivée. Ils étaient présents à l'heure. L'appartement était en parfait état (tout neuf), très bien équipé et conforme à l'annonce. De plus sa situation est idéale à Saint Servan et l'environnement est calme.
