In the resort, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 2 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, in a pedestrian area. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced). Steep motor access to 200 m from the house (mountain road). Stepped path (70 steps) to the house. Public parking. Grocery, restaurant, bakery 250 m, bus stop 19 km, sandy beach "Farinole" 10 km. Nearby attractions: La Tour Paoline construite en 1760 1 km, L'Eglise classée Santa Ghjulia 1 km, L'éco-musée du Cédrat 1 km, Bastia 33 km, Centuri 37 km. Please note: car recommended.

Très belle maison corse dans un cadre magnifique mer, montagne. ,Le petit village de Nonza un délice!

Maison magnifique, emplacement grandiose, mobilier et décoration avec beaucoup de gout. Excellente base, mais nous avons malheureusement trouvé l’equipement de cuisine (2 verres, etc) les tables et chaises de terrasse et la litterie pas a la hauteur de l’ensemble.
