Very beautiful, cosy single-family house "Balbi". In the hamlet Cannelle 6 km from the centre of Canari, 32 km from the centre of St. Florent, 46 km from the centre of Bastia, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, at the seaside, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool secured, fenced (6 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 25 m steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house at 25 m. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 30 km, sandy beach "Plage Albo" 6 km, rocky beach 100 m (small). Walking paths from the house 100 m. Please note: car recommended.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr nette Besitzer. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben 30 Meter oberhalb eines kleinen Hafens. es liegt an einer Steilküste. Die Bademöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung sind an Fels bzw. Kiesstränden. Ein stillgelegtes Asbestwerk ist in der Nähe. Die Kiesstrände Buchteinwärts bestehen aus dem Abraum des Bergbaus. Zum nächsten Sandstrand über 1h mit dem Auto, zum Supermarkt ebenfalls 1h(einfach). Mit dem Rennrad zum nächsten Bäcker ebenfalls 1h (hin und zurück)

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit Blick über den ganzen Golf. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders schön sind die Terrasse und der Pool. Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen, man muss sich für Ausflüge und zum Einkaufen auf lange, kurvenreiche Autofahrten einstellen. In Canari (ca. 6 km) gibt es aber auch zwei winzige Lädchen, in denen man das Nötigste bekommt.
