About this house rental
Single storey villa (140 m2). Situated approx 1400 m from the sea front – Riells and Montgó beach, shops and restaurants and 5 minutes drive from the village
The house can accommodate up to 6 people. (Wifi included in the price).

Leaving the kitchen on the right:
- Dining room with access to covered terrace,
- 2 double bedrooms,
- 1 shower room,
- separate WC,
Leaving the kitchen on the left:
- Living room with access to the covered terrace,
- 1 double bedroom,
- 1 shower room,
- separate WC,
Outside
- Fenced garden,
- 2 parkings spaces,
- Terrace covered and discovered with barbecue, chairs, tables, sunchairs,
- Private pool 10 x 5 m with aluminum ladder.
The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.
50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.
Payments will be made by card online.
VACATION CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED.
The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Credit card)
The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 95 €. (cash)
Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.
Included in the price are water, electricity and gas.
