About this apartment rental
Escala, 2 bedroom apartment located in quiet area, with spectacular gardens with 2 pools. It has access to FREE INTERNET Wifi, community parking and panoramic view of the port and sea. Next to the beach of Riells (5 minutes walk) and 100 meters from the yacht club and the largest green area l'Escala (Natural Park Montgrí-Medes Islands), with beautiful beaches, forests and trails).
Large communal area with 2 swimming pools, children and 1,000 sqm of communal garden.
Sleeps 6 people (double bed in a room over double sofa bed in the small room and sofa bed in dining room). Fifth floor with elevator. Balcony. Reserved parking outside. Optional: private car park (on request and fee separately).
Equipped kitchen, microwave, washing machine, iron, cable TV with 45 channels. Free WiFi Internet.
Tourist train at 50 meters from the apartment (with a stop in Cala Montgo, village center, and Empúries Riells). Bicycle Rental 50 meters. At 100 meters from the outputs of tourist boats. Town center bus bound for Figueres, Girona, Barcelona etc.
L'Escala is located in the northern Costa Brava and is well connected by road, especially for its proximity to the number five freeway exit (Orriols) ap7 (20 km)
For driving directions:
From Barcelona and from France: take exit 5 of the AP7 Orriols (20 km from L'Escala) and then take the GI-623 which leads directly scale.
To arrive by train:
From Barcelona and Portbou: the commuter line Barcelona-Portbou is caught. This line's main stops Figueres, Girona, Sant Celoni, Barcelona Paseo de Gracia (which links to the airport) and Barcelona Sants. Tmbien available AVE Barcelona-Figueres Figueres Lyon or Paris.
To arrive by bus;
From Barcelona Sarfa: 1 bus daily on weekdays and 2 buses on weekends.
From Girona, with Sarfa: 4 trips a day, and 'buses on weekends.
From Figueras, also Sarfa, 5 buses daily.
The nearest airports are:
Girona airport (55 km). From the airport you can get to L'Escala:
* Taxi: costs about 75 euros.
* Take a bus to the airport, change at Girona station and take another direct bus Scale.
* In Girona, take a train to camallera 15 kms. L'Escala and then take a taxi), or to Figueres and then take a bus)
Barcelona Airport (140 km). From the airport you can reach the scale:
* Taxi: approximately EUR 150

appartement conforme a la description. le propriétaire est accessible. appartement qui est très mal insonorisé avec des bruits au dessus , en dessous. piscine très bien
.manque de pression dans la douche ce qui est dommage.
