Enjoy this comfortable studio and very well equipped, closer to the typical and pleasant town of St. Anne in Martinique
You will be a few meters from the beach of the residence and many more within walking distance. The St Anne offers all the services you may need, but also its tourist shops and the most typical restaurants. The most beautiful pages in the Caribbean, the Salinas, are minutes away by car, but for athletes or lovers of trails along the pristine coast, the road leading to Salinex is as close to the studio.
A large bed with mosquito net, many storage units, television, air conditioning, Kitchen area with a sunny terrace in the afternoon with fridge and washing machine. Bathroom with shower to serve you.
The studio has been redeveloping and that includes new equipment for comfort.
You'll be connected before arrival by a janitorial company that carried out the check-in operations, and who you can request additional services as you fill out your Figo before arrival.

Excellent séjour !
l’appartement est juste parfait, très propre, bien équipé et situé à quelques mètres du sentier des caps qui permet de rallier la plage des salines à pieds en sillonnant le bord de mer et la mangrove sur 4km. Un immense merci à Mr Joly qui nous a laissé quelques douceurs à notre arrivée et à Marie Laure pour sa disponibilité lors de notre arrivée tardive. Nous reviendrons car c’est une excellente adresse ! Merci beaucoup

Un appartement joliment décoré et très propre situé à quelques encablures de la plage et du centre de Ste Anne.

Studio décoré avec goût. Cuisine extérieure sur la terrasse. Equipement en matériel de cuisine réduit au strict minimum. Un petit investissement vaudrait la peine d'être envisagé.

Nous venons de passer 15 jours de vacances formidables
L appartement correspond tout à fait à la description il est parfait en tout point : aménagement, propreté, situation,au calme dans un cadre verdoyant ,il ne manque absolument rien pour passer un très agréable séjour
Le propriétaire est très réactif en réponse aux mails
Et marie laure qui s occupe de l appartenance est adorable et de très bons conseils
