La situation géographique de l'appartement à 5mns en voiture de Sainte Anne et à 5mns à pied de la plage du Caritan.
Entourée de verdure avec une vue mer exceptionnelle.
Résidence calme, studio fonctionnel et confortable équipé d'un balcon et d'une climatisation performante.
Manque quelques ustensiles et quelques mobiliers mais ayant contacté le propriétaire, le nécessaire va être fait...
Wifi carrément inexistant mais ce n'est pas une problème avec un bon forfait.
