Very nice villa of 170m2 in a residential area where we're friends with most of our neighbors. House very well equipped, comfortable.
Barbecue, plancha, sunloungers, table and chairs!
Large living / dining / kitchen 80m2.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, fridge US)
4 bedrooms:
1 double bed 140/200, a double sofa bed, 1 child bed 70, a bed 90, 1 inflatable mattress 160/200 and 90 extra beds.
Baby equipment available (cot, highchair)
2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
Laundry / utility room with washing machine, dryer.
The decor is contemporary and very nice.

It was a nice and cozy house with everything you need for a beautiful holiday.
You need approx 20-30min to Bordeaux and 45min to the beach.
The house is clean and the pool is big enough to have fun with and stay a day at the house of wanted.
