About this villa rental
A holiday atmosphere all year round, quiet and on the edge of the forest.
Halfway between Bordeaux and the ocean beaches and at the gates of the Médoc castles, very beautiful, bright architect-designed house of 200 m2 with heated swimming pool and landscaped garden.
A spacious and bright house organized around a central patio:
- 3 bedrooms with double bed including a master suite
- 1 children's room with double bed
- 3 bathrooms
- a kitchen overlooking the forest with central island
- living room with fireplace / dining room of 60 m2 facing south
Outside :
- a heated salt pool equipped with a submerged safety shutter
- a large wooden terrace, with garden table, parasol, deckchair, ottoman ...
- plancha, barbecue
- for children: trampoline, ping pong table, swing
- 2 adult bikes and 1 for children
Bed and bathroom linen provided
Possibility to provide a baby cot
Local shops and supermarket 2 minutes by car and 5 minutes by bike.
Market on the village square every Friday morning with good local products

En famille, enfants de 9 et 12 ans, nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est magnifique, très fonctionnelle. Il ne manque rien pour un confort au top. La piscine d'eau de mer chauffée est très très appréciable. Karine et Dominique sont aux petits soins pour que tout se passe bien. Un cadeau d'arrivée sympathique 🍷🍷 merci !

Séjour merveilleux avec nos enfants de 7 et 2 ans, maison d'une propreté impeccable, fournie avec tout ce qu'il faut, d'une architecture moderne et intelligente, jardin et piscine très beaux, emplacement magnifique près de la forêt et à 5 minutes à vélo du centre de Saint Aubin, du poissonnier, fromager, boulanger, pharmacie. Propriétaires merveilleux, disponibles et à l'écoute. Nous avons regretté de n'avoir pas réservé un plus long séjour. Merci pour cette belle semaine!

Ruime en zeer verzorgde villa met privé zwembad. Volledig uitgerust.
Prima ligging (zeer rustig) aan de rand van bordeaux, met de nabijheid van de kust. Winkels zijn met fiets of auto vlot bereikbaar.
Eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam om eens een kleine probleempje op te lossen.
Wij hebben hier een leuke week gehad en zeker een aanrader.
