About this villa rental
I welcome you (10 people including 2 young children) in a beautiful Landes villa with equipped terrace which overlooks a secure and heated swimming pool.
Warm villa in a quiet residential area. Ideally located 30 minutes from the ocean beaches of Le Porge and Lacanau, 45 minutes from the Bay of Arcachon and close to the vineyard region (Pessac-Léognan, Margaux, St Emilion...), it is the ideal place for a peaceful stay between land and sea.
The house is composed of:
On the first floor:
- 1 fully equipped open kitchen
- 1 dining room with a table for 10 people,
- 1 living room with corner sofa and a large ottoman, large screen television,
- 1 bedroom of 12 m2 bed 140x 190 (sofa bed)
- 1 bedroom of 11 m2 with double bed 140x190, cupboard
- 1 bedroom of 18 m2 double bed 140x200, cupboard
- 1 separate toilet
- a bathroom with double sink and bathtub
Upstairs:
- Master suite: 1 bedroom of 18m2 with 160x200 cm bed and air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, toilet, bath and shower
- Terrace with heated and secure swimming pool (3.5x8), sunbeds, plancha and garden furniture.
- 1 cellar (outside) with washing machine, drying rack
Bed linen and towels are available on request.
Fans, high chair and travel cot with mattress available.

Excellent house, well equipped and perfectly located for local shops, bars and restaurants. Convenient public transport (bus) into the city located within two minute walk and 40 minutes later we were in the centre of Bordeaux. Ideal for all sorts of travellers, from families (like us) or couples/singles or a larger group too. The pool and garden were great and the air conditioning upstairs provided a welcome break from the 40 degree heat! The owner Laure was brilliant - always happy to help and advise - very quick to answer any questions. Thank you so much for our wonderful holiday.
