We drove all over the area, and I can honestly say Hello Smokys has the BEST view around! Worth every penny just to see those views!! Our teenagers loved the hot tub and game room. The local bears seem to love the driveway and the road up the mountain across the street. One even opened our truck door overnight Split Rail Eats and Papa Leone's pizza had the best food! We loved the house, only place I'll ever stay at in Gatlinburg! Anything else would be a disappointment honestly.

The house and the views are amazing. We had an immediate issue with the keypad not working and the property management company responded immediately. However, we questioned the cleanliness of the sheets in the main bedroom and washed them ourselves. Also, there is some kind of critter living under a portion of the home. We heard it move in and out from under the home many times in the middle of the night. Maybe that’s to be expected in a mountain home.

This year was our 6th consecutive stay in this particular cabin and there were a few things that look like they’re starting to age. Both shower handles are loose and look like they’re about to break, both shower heads are very dirty as well as mold in the shower grout. Hot tub doesn’t get as hot as it should. Gate on lower deck very loose probably from the high winds they get there. All of these items look like they’re the same ones from the first stay so I think some of it needs to be replaced. Only having 1 set of trash bags and dish soap, no counter cleaner or anything else to clean up messes is frustrating for how much we pay to stay. Unsure if we’ll book again when price wise we can have a more updated cabin nearby.
