About this house rental
This 140 m² house, located five minutes from the beaches and the port of Guilvinec, is ideal for a peaceful seaside vacation. The house is a 20-minute drive from La Pointe de La Torche, world-renowned for surfing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, and windsurfing. Fully equipped, the house is very bright and features a 400-square-meter garden and a beautiful terrace. The region is known for its excellent seafood, vast beaches, varied landscapes, and authentic culture.
Use of the entire house and garden is reserved exclusively for guests.
First floor: veranda with ocean view, fully equipped kitchen + large living room and dining room, TV and DVD player, bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rack, hair dryer, separate toilet, laundry room with washer and dryer.
First floor: 1 bedroom with (1 140m bed) + 1 bedroom with a 140m bed and a crib; in the third bedroom, two 90cm beds), bathroom with bathtub and sink, heated towel rack, and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave.
Other amenities:
TV, DVD player, stereo system, electric heating, fireplace (living room), bicycles.

Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es war sauber, großzügig und zweckmäßig. Wir würden es sofort wieder mieten und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Une belle maison où la décoration renvoie à la mer, les galets et les bateaux. Grand confort, rien ne manque. Les vélos pour la balade dans cette région préservée sont un plus. Le rendez-vous tous les soirs avec le coucher de soleil, le poisson frais bien sûr :) ici on se sent bien. Merci à Maryline pour son accueil.

The gite was extremely well equipped, with a lovely raised deck, a real ships deck. The owner was very welcoming and a very pleasant lady. There were very nice beaches only a cycle ride away. Bikes provided. Our favourite beach just a few minutes in a car. Supermarkets close by with all you need, especially the poissoneries. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this lovely holiday home.
