About this apartment rental
Come and discover the charms of the Dalmatian hinterland! located between Split and Dubrovnik, on the wine route, along a river hide 3 comfortable. The upstairs apartment offers a large terrace with views of the vineyards and hills. 10 minutes from the sea and the highway. These vacation rentals perfectly symbolize the Mediterranean spirit.
We speak English, French, Croatian.
Apartment for 6 people, recently renovated with taste and fully equipped; Satellite TV, unlimited WIFI, CLIM. The windows are "double glazed" fitted with shutters and mosquito nets. (tilt-and-turn opening). The kitchen has; dishwasher, fan oven, induction hob, microwave and extractor hood. Ideally located between Split and Dubrovnik; perfect base to discover Dalmatia. Away from mass tourism.
The property is fenced and closed by a gate. Parking inside and also outside the courtyard. Table, chairs and deckchair / sunbathing on the terrace ... Barbecue and ice cubes are waiting for you!

Presentation of the district
is at the edge of a river (La Matica), it flows in a fertile valley nicknamed "little California", because here everything grows there! Fruit orchards and Vines as far as the eye can see, with the Biokovo hills in the background. (we are close to the national park). 2 grocery stores, a post office, a café-bar and a restaurant punctuate the life of this agro-village.
transport; The bus shelter is 25 m away, there is a bus to Ploče then direction Split or Dubrovnik and towards Vgorac for Mostar (every hour) from 15/09 to 15/06. For the summer months; the ideal is to rent a vehicle directly at the airport, for your trips.

Breakfasts on request out of season.
Baby equipment can be loaned, board games, bikes, outdoor games, pétanque balls, barbecue (on request) ...
About 100 m away there are games for children; swings, a football / basketball / handball stadium open to all. Bowls / pétanque court. Many hikes and 2 wheels from the villa.
We have vines, we can introduce you to viticulture ...
Friends hunters, we also have "land in private hunting" !!!
