Un apartamento super nuevo, con una habitación con cama de matrimonio, que da a una terraza y el comedor que también accede a él donde está el sofá cama y el aire acondicionado. Baño con ducha y mampara, recién estrenado. Cocina quizás un poco pequeña, pero es una habitación separada del comedor. Puedes aparcar el coche gratis en un pequeño terreno al lado de la entrada. Tiene en la zona común un futbolín gratis que nos divirtió un montón. Ventanas que apagan totalmente el ruido. Muy bien aislado. Está a 10 minutos andando de la población de Gradac. Eso si en bajado y luego toca esa subidita.
Le faltaría un poco más de menaje. Y una cafetera. Está al lado de la carretera principal y una gasolinera.. lo que hay más movimiento.
