The apartment is located in the villa by the national park. Situated on the edge of the forest and in the historical Alt-Sassnitz, it is within walking distance to the town center. The nearest sand beach is about 6 km away. You can buy shopping nearby. The restaurants, cafés and public transport are also nearby. Sassnitz is a state recognized resort and therefore Kurabgabepflichtig.

Comfortably furnished 2-room apartment (50 sqm) with separate kitchen and south-facing balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea • In the bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows there is a sofa bed, two armchairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, flat screen TV, radio. • The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. • The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. For luggage / cloakroom ample storage space is available. • The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and hair dryer. There is a large and a small towel per person. • Free Wi-Fi • There is a free car park at the house. • A washer and dryer can be used in the basement for a fee. • By early registration, a cot and a high chair can be provided.
