The “Hafenmeister Malte” vacation rental, measuring approximately 57 m², is located on the first floor of a modern new building (built in 2025) with a total of five vacation rentals. The bright, cheerfully furnished apartment features two separate bedrooms—a master bedroom with a 1.80-meter-wide double bed and a desk, as well as a smaller children’s bedroom with a 1.40-meter-wide double bed.
The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and dining area. A cozy sofa area with two armchairs invites you to relax—ideal for a quiet evening after an eventful day on Rügen. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower.
From the living room, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. Just about 500 meters away is the famous Sassnitz fishing and yacht harbor, home to Europe’s longest outer pier—perfect for walks, fresh fish, and authentic harbor charm.
A private parking space right next to the house, free Wi-Fi, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping ensure your comfort and independence. Pets are also welcome here for a fee. The washing machines, which you can use via coin-operated machines, are located in the basement of the house.
