The Hafenriff apartment building in Sassnitz is located on Hafenstraße and is only about 300 meters from the Baltic Sea and the city harbor. It’s just as close to Jasmund National Park with its extensive beech forests. Sassnitz’s amenities are within easy walking distance. Supermarkets and shopping options are nearby, as are numerous restaurants and cafes. An Asian restaurant is located right in the building.
This cozy apartment with a loft-style feel is located in the rear building on the quiet inner courtyard of the Hafenriff apartment complex.
With 69 square meters of living space, it accommodates 4 people and extends from the first floor up to a loft area.
In addition to a separate bedroom, there is an open-concept kitchen-living room with a dining table on the first floor.
A staircase leads up to the living room on the loft level.
The bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and three wardrobes.
The gallery living room offers guests a cozy couch, a daybed (double bed, 140 x 200 cm), and, of course, a TV and radio.
The bright and modern built-in kitchen features a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub with a shower enclosure, as well as a toilet and sink.

In the courtyard in front of the apartment, there is a table and a bench.
A parking space is not included with the apartment. Our recommendation: Use the large public parking garage at the city harbor, which is only about 200 meters away.
