this apartment 4 rooms of 135 m2 very pleasant to live will seduce you by its beautiful volumes.
It includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with Italian shower, 2 wcs, a terrace of 21 m2 south exposure,
private parking only on request for € 20 per 24 hours
possibility of 3 to 10 beds maximum - rent one night from monday to thursday

Host was very helpful and accommodating. The space was big and comfortable despite that there were 7 of us. A few of us ended up on couches which was fine - make sure to request additional bedding if needed. Overall, nice place to stay and would stay there again!

This is a totally great apartment in a terrific location, with easy walking access to the historic city center and two blocks from the tramway. Three very large bedrooms (one suitable for 3 people, the other two for 2 people each). The "fourth bedroom" is the living room, with two couches, one of which folds out into a bed. The living room connects the kitchen with one of the bedrooms, so it is not very private. One bedroom has a full bathroom. In the main part of the apartment there is a room with a sink and toilet, and a room with a shower, sink, and laundry machine (washer, no dryer). Small kitchen, but you are not going to Alsace to cook your own meals. No a/c, but well ventilated with lots of windows. Note, though, that it's a lively neighborhood with street noises going late into the night, especially on weekends. Very helpful and accommodating owner.

Pro: lovely big sized rooms, sleeps 6 not more although 3 couches could have been couch/beds - not sure, heating great, 2 proper bathrooms/toilets, LOCATION, comes with paid parking under building, hot showers were hot, good restaurants and everything you want within 5 min walk, close walking distance to attractions, you can hear Notre Dame bells, plenty of room, good communication with manager (note: if you write in English she answers in French) and always writes back quickly. Con: squeaky floors (super loud), TINY washing machine/not enough detergent - no dryer and hard to figure out codes, loud street during festivals, no toaster and no paper towels etc, small kitchen, beds are like futons and really not comfortable, WiFi SUPER SLOW, needed directions for microwave, really needs to re-arrange couches in living room so they are together in an L position, was incredibly difficult to navigate car into city center during xmas festival as streets are all closed. Booked on Feb 2 and a few weeks before trip in Dec manager said VRBO glitch and it was double booked (never known this to happen). Don't forget you need special parking pass from manager to get into city center at xmas. No welcome basket, just a bag of cookies and would have rather had a welcome basket with some fruit and water. No maps or restaurant guides. Neighbor that met us at rental was very nice. WAS WORTH ALL OF THIS FOR LOCATION.

It is in a superb location though rather noisy in the night and early mornings. It an old apartment that in the listing claimed to accommodate 10 people ....impossible. There is only 1 shower, 1 tub , 1 toilet and 1 in tub room . Linens , extras were sparse and of low quality. Main bed was a futon. No paper towels , detergent, nothing welcoming in the fridge. The hot water broke and could not be fixed

Lovely, large apartment close to Christmas markets and stores. Apartment is one floor above a fabulous boulangerie. Good shower, and there is also a bathtub. Includes a washing machine, but no dryer (there is a drying rack). Big refrigerator was a plus. Floors are super loud squeaky, and I would not stay here with small children or babies who need it quiet to nap. Beds are very low to the ground with hard mattresses; kind of futon-like. Hostess was nice, and her English is better than she realizes. Bedrooms are big, so there is lots of room for suitcases. Very close to a tram stop that leads to/from train station. Biggest plus is location, which cannot be beat.

We had a wonderful time at Patricia's lovely apartment. Patricia was a very kind, attentive hostess, the apartment is spacious and beautiful, full of lovely finishes, and the location could not be better. The apartment is close to almost everything you could want to see in Strasbourg. I hope to be back one day.

This apartment has the perfect location for the Christmas markets. Our group of 6 adults and 1 child had plenty of space in this apartment. We did need to move around furniture in order to have the living space make sense for conversing. The ladies who helped us get to the apartment could not have been more helpful. Our concerns about the apartment were the lack of some basic maintenance (lock falling off door, could see through floor boards to bakery below, etc.) and the bed comfort.
