About this house rental
This house, clear and sunny, quiet (facing south and west) in wood, very well equipped, can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 spacious bedrooms (beds made 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet on the ground floor - and upstairs: 1 bathroom with 1 basin and a toilet

The house is located on the largest dune massif in Brittany (from Gâvres to Quiberon) which has been the subject for several years of action to protect and enhance the site (Natura 2000).
You will enjoy, on the Erdeven side, large beaches on the Atlantic Kerhillio, Ste Barbe, Kerouriec, Kerminihy (one of the few naturist beaches in southern Brittany and the largest)
On the ETEL side, it is the Etel River: a small inland sea, which sinks into the land, for nearly 15 kms, with its small ports, its creeks, its islands, its oyster parks and smaller beaches (Pradic beach at 400 m from the house by the dune, seawater called 'Plage des enfants').
Back, a rural area with hiking trails (70 kms on the only common Erdeven) open to pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders ....
and everywhere, flora and fauna (large varieties of birds marine) deserves your attention.
For your leisure, you will have an important choice and very diversified:
- hiking trails along the sea and in the countryside for walks on foot, by bike or on horseback (2 equestrian centers in Erdeven)
- indoor and outdoor tennis courts

Very clean and very well-equipped house with a small but private garden. We spent mosty of our week in and around Etel - the town and beaches. Lots of good walks and good local restaurants. Our weather (late September) was very good - mainly dry with a fair amount of sunshine: generally better than the local forecasts! Overall, a very enjoyable holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay in the holiday home in Etel. The house is very well equipped and was very clean and quiet. You can explore the region from Etel very well. A beautiful bathing beach is nearby. We (2 adults and 2 children) really enjoyed our stay there and are happy to recommend it. The booking, handover and return with the owner all went smoothly.

We had a wonderful stay in the house as a family. It was close to the town of Etel and had a lovely view out to the sea from the bedroom. The house was completely equipped with everything we needed, the beds very comfortable and it was very practical to have a garden shed for larger beach items and bikes. A big thank you to Catherine as well for being such a great host. Overall a great find!

Un endroit où il fait bon se retrouver, accueil chaleureux, environnement calme et proche des chemins de randonnées dans les dunes. Tout était comme indiqué dans l'annonce.
