About this house rental
In Etel, southern Brittany, in the Morbihan near Carnac, this beautiful renovated farmhouse in an old 17th century farm can accommodate up to 6 people. Its large enclosed park with trees, with swing and slide, will delight your children. The nearby nature will make that of sportsmen!
The port of Etel is located on one of the most beautiful Ria in southern Brittany, 12 km from Carnac, 24 km from Quiberon, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the south of Morbihan (Ria d'Etel, the islands, the Gulf of Morbihan, Carnac, Quiberon, Auray, Vannes).
The ground floor of the house consists of a large, well-equipped kitchen / dining room, a living room with large flat screen TV with a fireplace, 1 WC.
The first floor includes: a large bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A baby cot with bars is available upstairs as well as all the necessary equipment for babies: high chair, bathtub etc.
In front of the house, a small garden / terrace facing south with a set of garden furniture. Behind the house and its outbuildings, a large wooded park enclosed by high protective stone walls. This large garden includes garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as swings and a slide.
This property is ideally located between amenities and a large natural area:
- The shops, the port, the bars and restaurants, the cinema of the River (art and essays), the sailing school, the skate park are nearby and accessible on foot, the center of Etel and its lively market from Tuesday is 800 m
- The Ria d'Etel is 800 m away. The large Erdeven dune massif and the large beaches are close and easy to access thanks to the many cycle paths that crisscross the region between land and sea.
This cottage, located on a still preserved coast, is an ideal starting point to fully enjoy the riches of the Region. This location will also allow you to easily access many sports activities (fishing, swimming, diving, surfing, sailing, kayaking, cycling, horse riding, golf etc.). After the activities, the house and its park will offer you calm and serenity for a well-deserved rest ...

The beds are equipped with duvets (150x200 cm for single beds, 240x220 cm for double beds) and pillows (65x65 cm), bed linen can be provided on request at a price of 18 € per bed (1 cover duvet cover, 1 sheet, 2 pillowcase covers).
Bath towels can be provided for € 10 / towel.
For the moment this gîte is not equipped with WIFI.
