About this house rental

Secluded mountain top home, where you can sit on the porch and Paint or simply take in the views outside the Art studio in the Gardens. This lovely three bedroom property which is set on five acres with woodland and mountain views offers comfort and seclusion while only being a few minutes’ drive to the ski mountains that offer plenty to do all year round, without the crowds. We are nestled between Mt Ellen and Lincoln also known as "Sugarbush” and Mad River Glen. While Stowe and Killington are just a 35 and 45 minutes drive, respectively.
The accommodation consists of a Queen suite on the main floor only two steps into the home and a double bedrooms or a bunk room (max 5 guests) ( which is fun if you bring children).
This luxury spacious house has a recreation room with 55 Inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix and Hulu and DVD and Video system. Pool table and table football.
The kitchen is newly renovated and is fully fitted out, there is a nice dining area with a comfortable lounge and a large open log fireplace.
The accommodations work well if only one or five choose to stay.
The Area: The Mad River Valley and the towns of Warren and Waitsfield are quintessentially Vermont. Located minutes from Sugarbush and Mad River Glen. The area offers endless entertainment all year round. Bridges Resort boasts to be one of the top ten Tennis facilities in the USA. Great Golf courses, hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, skiing (cross country and downhill), snowshoeing, sledding, horse riding with Icelandic horses and swimming holes along the Mad River.
Blueberry Lake is just down the road as is the Sugarbush airport, with both a grass and paved airstrip, it is one of the most beautiful soaring sites in the country. The towns offer antique stores, boutiques, pottery and glass art studios, and a farmers and artisan market every Saturday.
Shopping and Sightseeing: .
Burlington is just under an hour away,
Montpelier is half an hour and downtown Montreal is a two hour drive.
While Boston is three hour drive and New York six.

gorgeous views, pleasant surroundings. Fairly attentive/at least reachable hosts. Could use some written instructions, repairs of leaking toilet, broken window, but overall a good house for 8 people!
