About this house rental
In the heart of the castles of the Loire, between Tours and Langeais, house for rent in a very quiet street comprising: independent kitchen, living room/dining room, 3 bedrooms with double bed 140/190, shower room, separate toilet, balcony, 1 parking space.
Closed bicycle garage.
There are no other accommodations in the rental.
All comforts: m to l, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, tv, dvd player, mini-system, cot, high chair, barbecue, iron, ironing board.
Internet connection with Wi-Fi and connection with fiber
Enclosed garden 500 m2, garden furniture, parasol.
Very quiet residential area, close to all shops and city center.
In the surrounding area: Tours, Chinon, Azay le rideau, Langeais....., banks of the Loire, castles of the Loire, amusement parks, zoos, the Loire by bike..... Many documents available.
Possibility of sheets or duvet covers and towels as an option: 15 euros per bed per week for sheets or duvet covers, 5 euros per person per week for towels.
Pets allowed with the owner's agreement: 30 euros per week and per pet.
Cleaning after departure: 50 euros, which does not exempt the tenant from leaving the premises in a perfect state of tidiness and cleanliness.
Options are to be paid on arrival.
Possibility of short stays (3 nights minimum).
The tariffs are inclusive of charges; however, in view of the very sharp increase in energy tariffs, any consumption above the standards of gas and electricity suppliers may be subject to additional invoicing.
Charging of electric or hybrid vehicles is not permitted; charging stations exist in the city.
Recent novelties: bathroom with shower, sink and completely new storage unit.

The house is exactly as described and pictured. Very calm neighborhood, perfect with dogs, garden closely fenced in. Modern and very comfy shower.Beds according to our back very basic and hard, but that is a personal preference.Glasses and plates not quite clean on our arrival, but this is due to the dishwasher not working well. We informed the caretaker and she said she will have a closer look in future. Rest of the house was well cleaned!Microwave also out of order, but I am sure this will be fixed. The kitchen is well-equipped, but everything is a bit dated.Great location to visit the impressive Loire area, Tours is about 10 minuties drive and many interesting chateaus are with 45 minutes drive. Excellent supermarket within 5 minutes drive, very good bakery in the village, also 5 minutes drive.Overall a very pleasant stay - what you see is what you get.

The property was clean and safe. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The landlord was very responsive when we had a couple of issues (like needed more towels). Would definitely stay there again!

A very calm and restful time spent by all. So restful we stayed an additional week 4 weeks in total. Good take away pizza between town centre and accommodation.
