Location idéale pour un agréable séjour dans une zone géographique proche de beaucoup d'attractions.la location possède tout ,pour satisfaire la grande majorité des vacanciers. Luynes est une cité tres agrable,avec une grande surface à quelques 800 m de la location. l'appartement vaste, très claire et agréable. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir si nécessaire.

Das geräumige Haus liegt liegt in einem absolut ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Ausstattung ist gut und alles funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und Madame Fajoux vor Ort klappt problemlos. Wer etwas abseits "gesichts-loser" Ferienanlagen sucht, um die schöne Touraine zu erkunden, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Super séjour d'une semaine au plein cœur des châteaux de la Loire et de ses affluents. Gîte très bien situé à quelques kms de Tours dans un lotissement résidentiel calme. Grande surface à 3 kms, centre du village à 4 kms, premières visites à quelques kms seulement. Gîte très propre, fonctionnel et accueillant. Nous avons apprécié le wifi gratuit, les nombreux dvd, livres et bd à disposition et les stores ban, très utiles en cas de grandes chaleurs comme se fut le cas pendant notre séjour. Rapport qualité/prix excellent !

Maison bien située pour les visites, environnement très tranquille. Dommage que la maison n'ai pas été propre à notre arrivée. Lavabo et baignoire sales aspirateur remplis de poussières à la brosse, chaise haute pour bébé toute tachée, le jardin n'est pas entretenue. Obligé de déplacer des affaires du placard de cuisine pour ranger les nôtres. Arriver dans une location et se mettre à faire du ménage en arrivant n'est forcément pas très agréable. Quand à la personne qui nous accueille elle a été 20 Minutes en retard à chaque fois.

La maison est située à moins d'une heure pour toute visite (châteaux, abbaye, zoos) et toute activité (kart, vol en montgolfière, ballade sur la Loire) dans la vallée de la Loire, ce qui est très pratique pour découvrir la région. Elle est spacieuse, très bien équipée et très confortable. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Le propriétaire est aimable et disponible. Une adresse à retenir.

Accueil chaleureux lors de notre arrivée. La maison était impeccable. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec la machine à laver qui a été réparée dans les 24heures. La maison est bien située dans un quartier très calme, avec à proximité boulangerie, boucher et petit super marché. Le jardin est agréable pour les enfants. Un bon séjour.

Maison bien située pour visiter la vallée de la Loire. Par contre, maison à peine propre (cendriers non lavés, miettes sur la table, salon de jardin couvert de saletés, serpillière et éponges sales et mal rincées etc.). L'annonce stipule 3 lits doubles + un couchage d'appoint pour une personne : il y a seulement deux lits doubles acceptables, le 3ème est un (très vieux) clic-clac avec un matelas coupé en deux, très inconfortable et le lit d'appoint est en fait le canapé (non convertible). Jardin mal tenu. Dommage, avec un peu plus de soin et d'attention pour les locataires, l'endroit serait plaisant.
