Clean but not for business trips

The appartement was clean. Close to the beach. Safe location.

This was a business trip. The communication with the host was very poor. I have not heard from him after booking when there were questions about checking in and invoices. The appartment is not quiet and misses some items for a 1 week business stay such as towels and an iron.

The location is great, the staff in the building was very friendly. The washing machine is a great plus as well, and I am thankful for that. The apartment is cute, and the couch very comfortable. Overall, it has great potential.

The apartment was not very clean. Also, the host would not get back to me. He messaged me once to ask me how everything was, and ignored my previous questions. I was actually hesitant to give this review, because I just loved the location and the apartment has great potential. The phone to answer the front door was broken, so I could not communicate with the doorman. The sheets were ripped, some appliances were broken, the door handle was broken, the door handles and The sheets would not stay on the bed and the sheets smaller like they haven’t been washed. The glass in the shower was loose and felt over my kid. Thankfully he was able to hold and and he did not get hurt. The baseboards were very dirty, and the bathrooms did not smell clean. I sent the picture to the owner, and I hope he will make the necessary improvements.

Needs an upgrade but overall a nice stay

Perfect location for my work trip. Great building and supportive staff. Close to shopping. Very convenient to Mercado.lots of space.

There was only a very small not-SMART TV. The linens were torn and the mattress was buckling. The coffee pot was leaky. We needed to buy lights bulbs. No dish drainer. There was a building destruction taking place across the street during my stay-very noisy.

Bem localizado, garagem disponível, área de lazer completa.

Apartamento com a pintura suja, mal conservado, proprietário de difícil contato e telefone indicado para apoio não atende. Eletrodomésticos quebrados (forno elétrico e máquina de lavar), chuveiro elétrico queimado que demandou manutenção por minha conta para uso.

Gostamos muito, a localização é excelente. Fica próximo ao shopping, 5 minutos do terminal das barcas, tem mercados, Hortifruti, restaurante entre outras comodidades. O apartamento é aconchegante. A orla é linda a vista é de tirar o fôlego.

Para a minha família a dificuldade foi o sofá cama, somos altos e foi muito difícil dormir no sofá cama, acredito que para dormir no sofá tem que ser 2 pessoas de baixa estatura ( a baixo de 1,50).

O apt é ótimo, mas falta manutenção e não tivemos acesso à piscina.

A localização e o prédio são excelentes!

A manutenção do apt deixa a desejar, sofá cama não abre, falta roupa de cama, pp lençóis, o ar condicionado do quarto é fraco. Fui com meus netos de 4 e 10 anos e não pudemos usar a piscina.

Lugar, apartamento e funcionários perfeitos! Recomendo de olhos fechados.

O apartamento é super aconchegante e o prédio muito bem seguro. Os funcionários são extraordinários e queria ressaltar aqui um elogio especial ao Sr. Everaldo, da portaria, que nos tratou tão bem.

A localização é excelente, super perto da praia e demais facilidades. Hostess era atenciosa e sempre respondia quando demandada. Não tivemos qualquer problema de acesso ao prédio nem ao apartamento por meio das orientações passadas. Cozinha equipada com tudo.

O prédio tem piscina, porém, não tínhamos autorização para utiliza-la, segundo a portaria. Quando chegamos tinha um cheiro muito forte de esgoto vindo da cozinha, da pia mais precisamente. E não encontrei o secador de cabelo, mesmo tendo sido informada de que havia no apto. As roupas de cama, um pouco antiga. Lençol rasgado.

Estadia perfeirta que atendeu a todos os propósitos da minha família.

O imóvel em tela está mobiliado com esmero, como se fosse a nossa própria residência. Em nenhum momento o hóspede se sente em uma hospedagem convencional. O apartamento é rico em detalhes e em mobília, proporcionando total conforto e funcionalidade. A localização também ajuda muito, pois o local é de fácil acesso, seguro e rico em linha de ônibus e acessos para outros locais. Destaco também a organização do condomínio, cuja administração é impecável. Concluo afirmando que certamente voltaria a me hospedar no local.
