Room was spotless on arrival
Location can not be bettered
Very comfy bed
Staying racks and tap outside of room helps keep the sand contained!
Aircon and fan very effective
Cafe staff very cheerful and friendly, as are the resident cats!
No room cleaning (stayed 4 nights) meant toilet bin was overflowing
Caterpillars in the lettuce meant I didn’t trust raw veg and fruit had been rinsed / prepped hygienically. However, there are good cafes nearby so this is okay - just don’t use the breakfast!

The location is fantastic, lots of great restaurants near by. Snorkelling outside the hotel was beautiful! Lots of well cared for cats at the hotel. The bar had some good cocktails and events happening every day.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the shower often ran out or didn’t have hot water and the rooms were not cleaned often enough.

Comfortable family room.
Was clean and had a cute balcony to chill. We were opposite reception but the room was quiet. Breakfast was nice - fresh fruits, eggs, waffles and they arranged snorkeling boat trips - well worth it. Yoga most days was great. Lots of activities planned every day if you want.
Room windows were lovely and big but as it was open to public walkway had to keep curtains closed. Not a big issue for us as we were out all day.
