About this apartment rental

Visit Lyon and sleep in the green, it is possible, 11km from Bellecour, old Lyon at 17mn by train, the station at 1km and the bus at 200m in a very flowery setting.
The independent apartment located on the first floor of our home is renovated: a bedroom with a 180 bed (possibility of two 90 beds on request), a living room with Tv (sofa convertible into a real 140 bed if necessary), a full equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and shower and an adjoining terrace of 10 m2 overlooking the pool and the 2000 m2 wooded park.

Close to the Lacroix Laval park, the casino and the Charbonnières swimming pool.
Very nice bitch (Tulear cotton), living plush.

My family and I stayed in the upstairs apartment of the wonderful couple renting this property. The rooms were large and comfortable, with a nice porch overlooking their pool and beautiful gardens. We drove to Lyon from there, but I think we could have taken public transport, if we’d stayed longer. The kids enjoyed swimming on our last evening, so nice for them to cool off and relax! Thanks!!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation was perfect and the garden magnificent. M and Mme Moulin were really welcoming and kind and we enjoyed our stay. A perfect location for exploring Lyons and other places in the area.

We (family of 3) had wonderful time. Mr and Mrs Moulin were most kind, warm and gentle host and take care of the house and garden so beautifully and the place is spotless. You can see love and attention in every part. We enjoyed the pool and the huge beautiful garden especially my son. He formed lovely friendship with a little dog he was in the garden to meet her and stroke her every morning, which was very sweet. Peace and tranquillity in the garden in close proximity to big town Lyon was such a bonus. The Appartment was well equipped and comfortable, had everything we need. We sat on the balcony and had our meals and played board games ( which owner kindly lend us). We visited nearby Lacroix-Laval park for picnic and walking also to Touro Park (zoo with a bit of water sliders) which was 45min drive and whole family had fun. This place was fantastic to enjoy both city break and country break at the same time in a relaxed way with home from home environment. Thank you Mr and Mrs Moulin!

The apartment was very well placed to be able to visit many different towns/sites of interest whether on foot, by train or in a car. The use of the swimming pool was very welcome particularly at the end of a very hot day!

In the garden suburbs of Lyon, this apartment has everything needed to make a most comfortable stay. The owners are delightful, the dog is also a delight, the wifi is excellent, and there is nothing to prevent me saying - very highly recommended. The town shopping centre is very close, and the train into central Lyon is nearby, though I'd recommend a car to get around. The garden is beautifully kept.

We spent a very relaxing few days here. It is very quiet and leafy, yet only a few minutes to Lyon on the train. The train station is an easy 10 minute walk from the house or drive in 2 minutes. Once in Lyon, it is easy to traverse the city using bus or metro. There was no need to use our car for visiting the city. The owners were very friendly and always willing to share helpful tips or information. It was nice to feel at home in a family environment while travelling. The garden is beautiful. I would have loved to use the pool but the weather was not the best during our visit. The kitchen was well equipped. Having a washer is such a bonus while travelling too. Thank you for a restful stay.

We had a great self catering stay. The hosts are extremely accommodating and are keen for you to enjoy your stay. The town feels very safe and the house is well located to visit villages in different directions as well as having easy access to the city. We drove to the cinema in Lyon Confluence in 15 minutes. A parking space is provided and there were no restrictions on us coming home in the small hours etc.

We enjoyed just everything about this stay: - true hospitality of M. et Mme Moulin - their little and very playful dog :-) - charming apartment in a very very quiet residential location - easy walk to a train station (and small grocery store) and then only ~15min by train to Lyon centre - private parking and wonderful garden Highly recommended! ps. my wife especially appreciated all of the gardening knowledge and advise from M. Bernard :-)

We enjoyed a three night stay here. The owners are very helpful and make you feel at home. They gave us produce from their vegetable garden which was lovely. They even took me for a walk one evening to show me the best way to walk to the train station. You can take the train into Lyon in under twenty minutes! Marie-Estelle, their daughter was also very helpful when booking our trip. Highly recommend if you fancy a short city break but prefer to stay in a quieter out of town location.

Un endroit idéal pour se mettre au vert dans un environnement calme. La location est conforme aux photos, les propriétaires très gentils et aux petits soins en toute discrétion. Es la segunda vez que volvemos a Lyon, y no hemos pensado en reservar en otro sitio. La estancia fue una experiencia encantadora como la primera vez. Los propietarios son simpáticos y muy atentos. La casa está muy limpia y bien equipada, ubicada en un lugar tranquilo y acogedor, con un jardín maravilloso. Te anima a volver de nuevo.

Superbe semaine à Marcy L’étoile, nous étions 2 adultes avec nos 2 enfants. Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité de Lyon et de nombreuses activités proposées dans la région. Le jardin est magnifique et entretenu d’une main de maître par Bernard et Emma. La piscine est superbe, elle est montée jusqu’à 31° cette semaine !! Mise à disposition de bouées de ballons… et Bernard et Emma ont même eu l’idée de nous prêter une petite bassine pour que notre enfant de 1 an puisse se baigner à l’ombre…merci à eux. Appartement très bien équipé avec machine à laver, 2 ventilateurs, linge de lit fourni (petit + : les draps, serviettes avaient l’odeur de la lessive qui sentait très bon, et c’est très appréciable). Beaucoup de rangement avec 3 armoires misent à dispo dans la chambre. Merci à Bernard et Emma de s’être démenés pour trouver un lit bébé et une chaise haute. Grande terrasse avec vue sur la piscine +store banne. Pour ceux qui craignent les maisons ou vous n’êtes pas entièrement seuls, ne vous inquiétez pas Bernard et Emma savent restés discrets et vous avez votre intimité. Propreté +++ Bref le logement est parfait pour y séjourner que ce soit en famille / en couple / entre amis ! Que dire de Bernard et Emma… ils sont d’une gentillesse immense. Chaleureux, accueillants, le cœur sur la main. Merci pour les bons concombres du jardin et pour la très bonne tarte aux figues (du jardin également !!). Ils ont toujours été à l’écoute de nos besoins et toujours disponibles pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants qui sont tombés sous le charme de l’humour de Bernard et de la délicatesse de Emma. Nous avons passé 3 jours super. L'appartement est très bien, bien équipé, une grande terrasse pour manger au soleil. On est accueillis comme à la maison, le jardin est magnifique et fait le bonheur des grands et encore plus des enfants. Bernard et sa femme sont d'une grande gentillesse, c'est promis nous repasserons vous voir.
