About this villa rental
The luxurious and privately owned villa (300 m²) offers all comfort while looking over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. You enjoy great views of the renowned Saint-Tropez harbour, as well as of the Sainte-Maxime harbour. We can assure that the panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea is exceptional and rare, all while benefitting from a peaceful and serene setting.
The south-facing villa is located on a luxury and peaceful ground, 200 m away from the beach and 1 km away from the city. It has a heated pool and a perfectly maintained garden with trees. Within just a couple of minutes walking, you have access to the beach (200 metres). The botanical garden of Sainte-Maxime, full of remarkable Mediterranean essences, is only 150 metres away. The city of Sainte-Maxime, with its typically Provencal town centre is a 1-km walk away. It features a casino, a large number of restaurants, a private harbour and beaches, and all of the useful shopping facilities. The Beauvallon golf course, the Sainte-Maxime Nautical Club, and the Sainte-Maxime tennis club are reachable on foot. The golf course of Sainte-Maxime is 10 minutes away.
The villa offers an 11-m swimming pool (can be heated) and large terraces with sea views, fitted with deck chairs and a parasol. The teak-wooden terrace offers a summer sitting room with a stunning panoramic view over the gulf of Saint-Tropez.
On the ground floor:
- A living room opening onto the covered and non-covered terraces with views of the sea
- Terraces with sea views, fitted with tables and chairs
- A summer sitting room on the teak-wood terrace
- 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning, cupboards, and queen-size beds.
- 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets
On the first floor:
- A large master bedroom with air-conditioning and a king-size bed
- A wonderful view of the entire gulf of Saint-Tropez
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, a double washbasin, and a separate toilet
- A walk-in closet
Other amenities: There is a garage for 2 cars and a motorcycle. Wireless internet is available throughout the entire house and outside. A wireless Sonos sound system allows for playing music from your smartphone.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped with 3 ovens (a microwave, a multifunctional oven, and a steam oven), a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an American refrigerator (fridge, freezer and ice machine). A washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and an ironing board are also available.

This property is the best property I have ever stayed at. It is clean, wonderfully maintained, spacious, has a spectacular view, and the owners are incredibly kind.

We recently stayed at La Giraffe for our annual trip to Ste Maxime. The villa, amenities and views were simply fabulous. We corresponded (quite a lot, sorry) with the owners who were welcoming, friendly and helpful - answering any questions we had. Top marks to Jeanette as well for making sure the check-in and check-out process was easy and for all her help during our stay. She went over and above!
The villa is gorgeous - very well kitted-out, very clean, comfortable and the owners really have thought of everything.
Thank you Karin and Christian - we will be back - or will buy it if you ever sell!!

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus merveilleux à la Villa Girafe. La villa est vraiment spectaculaire avec une vue imprenable. C'était encore mieux que les photos postées en ligne. La maison était très propre et pouvait facilement accueillir notre famille de 7 personnes, les chambres séparées chacune avec salle de bain. Les terrasses et les espaces extérieurs, y compris la piscine et jacuzzi, étaient parfaits. Nous avons mangé à l'extérieur et utilisé le barbecue. La villa est bien aménagée avec beaucoup d'espace confortable pour la détente et la cuisine bien équipée. Notre réception par a été bien faite et planifiée à notre entière satisfaction. Notre famille de 7 personnes avons vraiment pu passer du bon temps ensemble. Merci à Doriane* et à Christian le propriétaire de cette magnifique demeure qui ont été au de véritables anges gardien.
Je recommande vraiment cette maison. Merci Merci Merci
