About this villa rental
"Villa Palmera" is a newly built villa with exceptional features in every respect. The finest, most sophisticated materials were carefully selected for the floors and, in particular, the wall coverings, and perfectly coordinated with one another. The decor and furnishings, in monochromatic colors, are modern yet cozy and inviting, and of the highest quality. The entire interior design was chosen with exceptional sophistication and great taste to create a very luxurious and special ambiance.
The spacious 300 m² of living space, accommodating up to 10 people, is distributed across two levels as follows:
- Entryway with guest restroom
- Very spacious living-dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a TV, and a hi-fi system, as well as adjoining terrace areas
- Home theater with a large flat-screen TV, Bose sound system, and PS5
- Adjacent open, modern designer kitchen with matte metal cabinet fronts, an attractive island with dining area, and the following amenities: Induction cooktop with range hood, oven and microwave at eye level, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.
- Utility room with storage space, an additional refrigerator, sink, washer, and dryer
The side wing of the villa also features the following rooms on this level:

The terrace area with ocean views, located in front of the living spaces, stretches across the entire width of the villa and features both open and covered sections. The terrace area in front of the living room will soon be equipped with a sun shade. The outdoor furniture is just as high-quality as the furnishings inside the villa; in addition to a lounge seating area, there is a large dining table for 10 people, numerous sun loungers, Fat Boys, and a large gas BBQ.
The heated swimming pool, measuring 12 x 4 m and surrounded on the sides by high-quality artificial turf, is accessible via a comfortable staircase, can be covered with an electric cover, and is equipped with a pool alarm. In the summer, it is operated using a saltwater electrolysis system, meaning no chemical additives are used. The water therefore has a slight salty taste (about 1/11 the salinity of seawater) and is exceptionally gentle on the skin. An outdoor shower (hot and cold water) is also available.
In addition, special mosquito repellent systems (pheromone traps) have been installed in the outdoor area. This is a method of repelling mosquitoes that involves releasing pheromones (signal substances) to lure the mosquitoes into the trap, where they are captured and eliminated. This method is effective and environmentally friendly, as no chemical pesticides are used.
The enclosed property covers an area of 1,400 m² and features a diverse range of Mediterranean plants and an extraordinary variety of palm trees. At the rear of the villa is a boules court with attractive lighting and seating.
