Functional, spacious and very bright apartment located in the historic district of Concarneau, whose five large windows offer an EXCEPTIONAL view of the marina and the Ville Close.

This 57 m2 apartment, with a separate bedroom, is comfortably furnished and has internet access and private parking.

Ideally located, it is close to all services, the coastal path and the beaches. Shops, restaurants, halls, markets in the immediate vicinity. Thalasso at 5 mn. Baby equipment on request.

Lovely apartment on the quai. Outstanding restaurants within steps of front door. Two minute walk to Ville Close. Reasonable location for day trips to Pointe du Raz, Pont-Aven, Golfe de Morbihan. Very clean, well appointed. Perfect for two people. We stayed a week. Wish it could have been longer.

The most restful holiday ever.

The apartment had absolutely everything we could have needed. We brought many things we didn't need because they were already there...brilliant. The large windows at the front gave us such wonderful views, it was sheer bliss to sit there and watch the Marina and the Walled City (Ville Close) with a cup of tea, or a glass of wine and a good book. All the furnishings were very comfortable and the shower and kitchen were just excellent. At home I have a place in my garden where I can sit and think and read, or whatever...I call it my 'lovely place', in this apartment my wife and I had a 'lovely place' EACH, with our comfy chairs and outstanding views. We never heard a sound from the people above and the shops below were never intrusive. I can't speak too highly of this place, for my wife and I it was simply perfect.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement où tout est prévu pour faciliter la vie quotidienne des vacances. Accueil très agréable. Très bon équipement et confort. Logement spacieux où il fait bon rentrer après les multiples découvertes que permettent les environs. Très bien situé près du port, de la ville close, des commerces et de la corniche, le garage est vraiment un plus.

Großzügige, helle und liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in bester Lage. Tgl. geöffnet Markthalle und Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Schöner Blick auf Yachthafen und durch die Seitengasse ist die Strandpromenade mit Badebereich auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Interessanter Ort und sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Sehr nette Besitzerin, die sogar eine sehr gute Auswahl an Kartenmaterial und Restauranttipps in der Landessprache des Gastes bereitstellt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Concarneau kannten wir bereits aus einem früheren Urlaub. Die Stadt und die Gegend sind immer eine Reise wert. Als begeisterte Radfahrer haben wir viele Ausflüge in das schöne Umland gemacht, z.B. Pointe de Trevignon, Pont Aven, Port Manec‘h. Toll, wobei man wissen muss, dass die Bretagne nicht unbedingt topfeben ist... Zur Wohnung: Man ist mitten in Concarneau, direkt gegenüber der Ville Close, alles war wie beschrieben. Wir haben es genossen, an einem der tiefen Fenster zu sitzen und uns das lebhafte Treiben anzusehen. Dabei war es nachts ruhig. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche, Haushaltsgeräte gesamte Einrichtung sind perfekt. Mdm. Le Guellec hat uns überaus freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Kurzum: Uneingeschränkt 5 Sterne. Merci et á bientôt!

Wir haben uns sofort in dieses Appartement verliebt und deswegen eine bereits bestehende Reservierung storniert. Die Lage gegenüber der Ville close ist hervorragend, ganz in der Nähe gibt es gute bis sehr gute Restaurants und zum Einkaufen die "Halles". Ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist über-komplett ausgestattet und mit Liebe und Stil eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Alles perfekt.

C'est vraiment un sans faute ! L'accueil est chaleureux, et la location est super, rien ne manque. Le cadre avec vue sur le port de plaisance est très agréable, les commerces sont tout près, l'appartement est très bien aménagé. C'est sans hésitation que nous reviendrons.

Superbe appartement, très bien entretenu, bien équipé, lumineux, confortable, rien ne manque, nous n'avions plus qu'à y poser nos valises. Sa situation est privilégiée, tout est accessible à pied, le centre ville, la citadelle, le parking à proximité est un plus. Bref tout est réuni pour un séjour merveilleux à Concarneau. Sans oublier les balades alentours et la richesse des paysages qu'offre la Bretagne. Nous nous sommes régalés. La propriétaire est charmante. Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement à qui veut passer un séjour très agréable.

Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Es war alles da. Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Töpfe und Pfannen; Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser für eine 10-köpfige Familie. Hummerzange, Austernöffner,...etc. etc. LCD-Farbfernseher . Aus allen Fenstern hatte man einen Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Anlegestelle für Bootsausflüge war nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Creperien, Pizzerien, Restaurants, Bars und Kneipen direkt neben dem Haus. Eine liebenswürdige Vermieterin mit einer Unzahl an Informationen für einen Urlaub in der Bretagne.

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve avec un temps magnifique (soleil toute la semaine) et garderons longtemps de beaux souvenirs et des visites de la région (archipel des glénan à faire absolument) Un grand merci à Mme Le Guellec pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Appartement très bien situé en face de la ville close, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et fonctionnel. Location a faire connaitre aux amis. Antoine et Martine

appartement identique au descriptif et aux photos, décoré avec goût très belle vue sur le port de plaisance et la ville close près des commerces et de la belle promenade de la corniche. tout a pied, la voiture peut rester au parking privé situé à 50 m de l'appartement. Mme Le Guellec est une propriétaire charmante, très attentive à ces locataires. Beaucoup de documentation pour passer un séjour très agréable même en plein hiver bien que le beau temps ait été présent ce qui ne gâte rien, à recommander chaudement pour passer un très bon séjour
