About this apartment rental
Upon your arrival at 1187 Pyramid Peak Drive, Mammoth Lakes, CA, 93546 you'll walk up one exterior step to the front door exterior landing. Once you enter through the front door you'll be on the ground level. Up a set of steps will be the main level.

PLEASE NOTE:
* Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, bedding and towels:
- Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets and pillowcases on the pillows. For the Queen size sofa pull out sleeper; all will be found on its sofa.
- Towels provided for your stay will be found in each full bathroom with a bathmat. The powder room will have a hand and face towel.
* Hand soap, body wash, lotion, toilet tissue, facial tissue, paper towel, trash can liners, dish towel, kitchen sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods will be found throughout the property
* There is no air conditioning.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Images shown were taken prior to COVID-19 preparation done in June 2020

We had a wonderful time. The unit was well appointed and it is obvious the owners take pride in their home. Kitchen was very well stocked so it was easy to prepare Thanksgiving there. A few suggestions, however. All 3 TV's are old and we were not able to have a family movie night because of very limited channels. That was our biggest disappointment. Also, the washing machine didn't work properly. We would definitely stay there again if the TV's were changed out.

The property is in a great location and is spacious. The views of the back terrace facing the golf course and pond were beautiful. The townhouse was a bit dated though, the bbq was old but worked, the TV's were old and changing the TV channels was a challenge. The house could have been cleaner. Overall descent property, just needs some small upgrades, but I would come back. Snowcreek management was responsive and great.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and we love the layout. It’s also the perfect location and quick to get to the lifts by car. The only thing I would complain about is that the garage remotes didn’t work and the garage door was falling apart, and it could use a new coffee maker. Every time we brewed a pot, there were grounds in it, no matter how much or little coffee we put in it.

House is pretty awesome. HUGE interior, the pictures do not do it justice. Master bedroom is epic. Back patio view makes the entire stay.
