About this villa rental
This pretty house of 80 m2 is located on a closed ground of hedges of 880 m2, with a swimming pool 5m x 10m secure and heated (from May to the end of September).
It is located in the village, quiet, on the edge of the bike path, 2.5 km from the golf course and the beach.
Facing south, it benefits from a sunny terrace around the swimming pool, but also allows you to rest in the shade of oaks and cork oaks in a comfortable garden furniture.
Local shops (bakery, butcher, newsagent, pharmacy and mini-market) are located 300 m away on foot. A supermarket has also just opened.
The house consists of:
- a large living room, with a large picture window overlooking the wooden terrace and the swimming pool, with an open fitted kitchen: fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker ... A lounge area with TV, DVD player, sofa and fireplace, a small desk
- 2 bedrooms with 140 bed (new bedding)
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 in mezzanine and 1 bed 140 below
- 1 bathroom with 1 shower and 1 sink
- 1 bathroom with 1 shower, 2 sinks and 1 wc
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 linen room with washing machine and cupboard
- 1 closet in each bedroom
- a folding baby bed with mattress
- 1 terrace with table and chairs, plancha, electric awning and deckchairs
- 1 carport
- Free WIFI
The swimming pool and the garden are regularly maintained.
Dogs are allowed on request (4 € / day)

We spent a wonderful week at Moliets-et-Maa in this property. The pool is a delight and the house space is very well organised and has all the necessary equipment for a family. We really enjoyed our stay made of a mix of very good bbqs, farniente by the pool, bike exploration of the forest and beaches.
The only (little) downsides were the size of the master bedroom bed a tiny bit small (we are used to a king sized bed, and we found ourselves a bit squished in a double bed), and the slightly overpriced cleaning fees (may be local prices are expensive ?).
Other than that : perfect !
