Come and recharge your batteries in this apartment in the heart of the Moliets golf course and a stone's throw from the ocean beach.
Indeed, the accommodations are very peaceful with its balcony facing West overlooking the hole n°1 of the golf course.
The accommodations are part of a Pierre et Vacances residence so you will have access to many structures for both young and old: playgrounds, nursery, table tennis, city-park, several swimming pools, one of which is heated from April to October, laundry..... which offers you a relaxing stay for the whole family.

The accommodation consists of a first small bedroom with bunk beds and a cupboard, then another with a double bed (and its wardrobe cupboard) and then the living room which opens onto the balcony facing the golf course.
In the living room you will find a large table with 6 chairs, 2 sofas (which can make extra single beds and a third one pulls out from under one of them) and a coffee table. For the balcony you will have at your disposal a table with two benches, 2 sun loungers and an electric grill.
The kitchen is equipped with filter coffee maker and senseo, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and electric hob (there is no traditional oven).
In the corridor in front of the bedrooms there is a separate toilet and bathroom.

Access to the beach can be done on foot but is faster by bike (rental company just before the entrance to the golf course).
